She asks, if a certain number called in, it might not show on Davidson's records... but if [he called?] it would... he says something about if it were a US Carrier... lost me.

TF asks about (🤬🤬🤬) 🤬🤬🤬-6783 - he says it's Deena Christian

Asks about (🤬🤬🤬) 🤬🤬🤬-9208 - he says he found nothing

Uh oh, Davidson didn't call or get called by Channon either. Guess they must have made their "date" by some other method. Carjacking, maybee?

x-3722 - there was a call for one minute or less...

x 3722 - home number for Deena

  • #285
x- 3783 - Channon's cell number

Cross by Trent - incoming calls by US Cellular customer will not show up on these billing records - correct?

Answer: yes

  • #287
Except incoming, unanswered calls might not show up for this provider.

# U.S. Cellular guy confirms last call Channon made was to parents

# This Verizon guy is paid to travel country to testify about validity of cell records. Lots frequent flyer pts

# Cell records also back up pill-popping girls' testimony

# No cell phone traffic b/t Davidson, Channon or Davidson, Chris - records

Voice mail was accessed around 3 am, 2 minutes longish.

  • #290
Doesn't mean voice mail was retrieved.

Jan 7, 3:00 am - 2 minute call... he didn't specify number?

1:32 pm call to voicemail - 1 minute call...

1:37 PM same day... another 1 minute voicemail call...

Engineers may have more detailed information says witness and more voicemail knowlege. And I can hardly wait to hear it!

So is this lawyer trying to say they Channon or Chris may have called Davidson and hung up before answering. Kinda lllike a signal.

These kids were not at that house buying drugs, and even if they were they still did not deserve what was done to them.

Sorry just getting here today.

He has no way of knowing of voicemail was actually heard/retrieved.

Defense asks if you need a password to access voicemail - answer yes.

(Weird - some of my cellphones save mine for me if I tell it to.)

Man, that whole line of questioning with all those numbers was hard to keep track of - I hope they have a good cheat sheet for the jurors.

There were different witnesses for different providers. They way I understood it, the Newsome provider witness could say definitively that he didn't call or get called by a Davidson number. The last guy was apparently not able to say if someone had called in and not been answered, but the engineer may be able to provide that info.

Ditto, if I don't have my cell I can't check my messages..would never know what number or password. When I do check my messages I hit Voicemail..have no idea what the password is...I'd forget it anyway..lol
