One truthful thing he said I bet, was that Channon told him she didn't want to die.

Yep the truth mixed up with lies of who did what and who didn't. Everybody seems to agree Channon was in a hoodie and she didn't want to die.

Davidson is telling the same story Cobbins told, only in this version, Davidson is Cobbins and Cobbins is Davidson. Same story. Maybe not exactly the same, but close. Insert guy claiming to be innocent while blaming insert the other guy. They both watched as the other brought Channon into the house in a hoodie. They both watched someone comeback without Chris. They both left. ONE TRIAL. Nothing else could have truly assured justice. If they get this guy, great. But no jury has heard both versions. No jury will get the whole truth...or the whole lie.

Interesting tho they both finger G for the killing. That's Christopher tho if I understand. Letalvis puts Channon's murder on his bro LD tho right, so who does LD say is responsible for Channon's murder... lemme guess...

Yes I think they all talked about what was likely to happen to them all and what they would tell/say when what they had done was found out.

My thoughts exactly yo' just flip the players... and re separate trials you're right there should have been one trial it is an absolute travesty of justice... this is just so wrong. It's an outrage.

Yep...what you said.:sick::sick:

When I heard Dena Speak, I can imagine Channon. She would have been a real asset to Planet Earth. Now she's gone and we're left with the Reverse Story Liar Rapist Murderer Bros. What a freaking waste.

I just hope somebody at least is convicted of killing Chris. My fear since Cobbins was they'd all say somebody else left with Newsome and came back without him and they'd all get away with his murder, just like Cobbins, and no one will actually be convicted.

He says again that Channon said she didn't want to die. Oh wow, just like Letalvis, Gutter tells Channon she's going to be ok. Such nice, honest guys.

I thought the ME's testimony was the worst, but knowing that Channon touched his arm and told him she didn't want to die is going to haunt me forever. Not that this case hasn't already.

How cold, heartless, evil do you have to be to look at someone, have them plead for their life, reassure them that you'll take care of them, all the while knowing that you or one of your cohorts is going to murder her? Un-friggin-believable.

OMG, in the middle of that, he YAWNS. :furious:

How the heck is the defense going to get from, "She said she didn't want to die," to Davidson having consentual sex with Channon. Only a perveyor of very black magic could even consider tyring to go there.

Xbox playing in background and my earphones don't work well. Won't be able to pick up much now.

They all know (and their lawyers too) that they will get what is due to them... everything each has said and done since the murders is to try to avoid the DP.

Sounds like the jurors asked for the transcript and the judge says the interview they saw is the evidence.

  • #259
Witness excused. Breaking for the day.

I guess the jurors could tell there was some things missing from the tape.

  • #260
Judge explains to jury that the evidence is the interview - not the transcript, so if they find a discrepancy, the interview on tape rules.
