"You think you might have been confused?"
"95-97% sure. In my heart I believe it was her. I hate to say..."
"Do you believe she's being led into the house to her death?"
"I didn't see a gun, or see her hands. But she had something black on her shoulder, he was holding something in his hand on her shoulder."
"And he was right next to her the whole time?"
"For as long as I saw her."

Ok, so now its "I could be off on a couple of days on this"

  • #204
Oh and she might have had a black jacket, it might have been his jacket and he wasn't exactly holding her but he might have had his hand on her. And there was another white woman with them in a teal grand am.

Grand am was in Kentucky the weekend he was talking about. Ha!!! Admits he could be off a couple of days.

Stacey Lawson drove Grand am. She went back to kentucky days before carjacking.

  • #207
Would it surprize you to learn that the teal grand am was in Kentucky at the time?

WHAT a tool!

I think the Pros could jsut as easitly consture this to the jury that what he saw was Slim leading Channon in to her death, conflicting Slims idea that he didnt have anything to do with the carjack.

Being confronted on past criminal charges....says it's probably him? lol.

According to witness, hair was either brown or blonde, or light brown, and it might have been shoulder length or longer but he didn't really see and can't really member. He thought she might have been wearing a light shirt, but he didn't really see that well and can't really remeber.

LOL Yup. This guy musta taken babbling lessons from Eldridge.

Admits he could be off re days. Yea I think he's off alright. Impugning witness' character w lonnnnnnnnng string of past thefts and the sentences. "Are you the individual w (convicton after conviction?" "Probably so. Probably So.... I'm not denying any of it."

  • #214
Wow!!! Lots of prison time!

Defense recross. Did Channon appear to be in distress. No. She did not make a comment to him.

  • #216
Irksome to hear Eldridge ask the questions as though it were undoubtedly Channon.

  • #217
These juror questions should be interesting.

  • #218
Again. "Did Ms. Christian appear in any distress?"
"No."

Or even more likely, he has his nights and girls mixed up.

I'm sure he could have seen another girl come in like that several nights.
