The defense is really tilting at windmills, just smearing just to smear. There is no direct testimony that anyone (who isn't obviously confused and wacked) that Channon ever used drugs or knew Davidson or got drugs from Davidson. And if she did any and all of that, so what?! I bet the jury is starting to think the same way. All this IMPLICATION is just annoying. There is testimony that Channon was going on a date with Chris, leaving from the same apt where Davidson was expected to arrive at about the same time. There was testimony that she ended up at his house brutalized and dead, that Chris ended up raped and dead a little way away, and Davidson had possession of their clothes and other objects. Witnesses have put him at his house during the crime inspite of his denials. By his own words, he saw the victims and Channon told him she didn't want to die. His DNA was in her vagina and anus and on her clothing found at his house. His prints are on one or more of the in which Channon died after trussed and placed into. There is no testimony about or indication of the possibility of consensual sex between Channon and Davidson. If there were, there is still major evidence that Davidson killed her anyway, or participated in her killing. Still worried that no one will be convicted of killing trust.

Usually, I just don't care about defense attorneys. They might be annoying or amusing, but these two are hideous, and I find myself actually despising them. In stead of trying to get a fair trial for their defendants, they are trying to get him off at any cost. That is not truth. That is not justice. That should NOT BE the American way. If these animals gets the other animal off, they should be forced to move him in next door to them and their families. These guys may be for themselves and for their own agrandizement, but they aren't fair or just. They don't stand for human rights, because they abuse the human rights of others to stand for the human rights of this sleezoid by inuendo slimey implication. IMO, all of the men sitting at the defense table are hideous creatures!

Dna expert witness continues to be queried re dna in panties. Mixture of two individuals. All five "known samples" (perps, incl'g LD) were excluded she testifiess.
