Everytime the judge holds up his hand, has the witness raise theirs and says, "Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...?, I flash back to him coaching Stacey Lawson NOT to tell the whole truth about Cobbins pulling a gun on her.

Judge says he'll look at the case the defense put forward to ask that Cobbins record be put in, but is inclined against allowing it.

Some witness is not going to testify.

I guess Eldridge is going after the drugs. Oy. Bringing up oxy even though it wasn't in the vics system. Insinuating enough time went by that's the reason they didn't show up.

Discussing half life of oxycodone, benzodiazoprine, cocaine, and amphetamines (which she states take longer to break down). Do not perform hair follicle testing at TBI.
