Trying to say someone else broke into vacant house and left those shoes. Just a coincidence that Davidson was arrested with them there. Size difference makes him wearing them for two days a rediculous thought.

What, that is insane!!! What is ridiculous is that any human could be that callous, to wear shoes (two sizes too small when you have another pair) of a victim that you just raped, shot in the head and burned... hell will reserve a 'special' place for him I am sure. :furious:

Thanks for the update, I can't listen to this. I just despise these defense attorneys. This is the old 'she asked for it' rape defense. I am so sad that, after years of trying to make it so that women couldn't be sullied that way, they still are.

Me too, yolorado. I keep thinking about the Jodie Foster movie, The Accused.

Just another reason why I resent the national media's pretending this case doesn't exist. Americans need to see what's still allowed in our courtrooms, so they can demand higher standards.

Insinuating that the Kentucky crew left body in Davidson house and body at rr tracks because it wasn't THEIR house. Davidson lived there, he wouldn't have done that.

That is probably his ONLY defense, however unlikely because of the evidence.
Maybe he should have left the victims totally out of his arguement, say he was scared during the interview and left it at that... only way to avoid the DP imo.

Ok, so mystery DNA wipes Davidson's prints off the garbage bags? Like magic? Why would Chris and Channon stay after Davidson left if they had to get to the party "with their drugs?"

Concur, these defense guys are NOT good guys, imo. As much as I despise them, I sincerely hope their children never suffer like and Chris and Channon and that they never have to sit in court, like the Newsomes and Christians to hear their precious children put on trial.

I'm hoping I'm just too much of a pessimist & critic, but I've seen too many juries, and how they're selected, to have much faith in them.

I've been optimistic about this one being a cut above, but as much as I despise him, I think Eldridge is doing a thorough job giving them an excuse to call reasonable doubt on some points - Chris' death, Channon's oral rape, the trauma...

I think he'll go down for raping her and killing her, but I won't be shocked if he gets off on the other monstrous acts and doesn't get the DP. :no: If he doesn't go down for Chris, no one will.

My heart breaks for the Newsoms.

Don't be worried he is going down. I know that more then one person on this jury knows about this case, and the DNA/ Prints don't lie. This guy is a slime ball, he will be found guilty, I just don't know if he will get death.

I'm going to try watching, but without sound if defense is still on. I can't believe we live in a country that still permits defense attorneys without shame or compassion to assert the defense that victims asked to be tortured raped and murdered.
