Another tragedy. Two fold. 1-We don't really have the ability to help people who can't or won't help themselves. Jail doesn't do that. 2- If Davidson had done his full 8 years, Chris and Channon almost certainly would be alive right now.

This truly is sad to listen to.

And it's only making his behavior that much less forgivable.

If the defense thinks the jury will see this and be more inclined to spare his life out of pity for these folks than to decide he's an even less sympathetic character, they're crazy.

This sure doesn't show him to be a rule-follower in structured environments.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOO TK!!!! I think she is PI$$ED at the defense, and had just about enough of their tacticts. Good for her, keep hammering the point.

I think this entire line is wrong for the defense. You feel 'mad' at him for throwing away his life with bad decisions, not 'sorry' for him because he was treated badly and didn't have his parents. :waitasec:

He was frightened of Cobbins, said something about him is evil.

Oh here we go, here we go...

"When LeTalvis was there, he seemed evil."

Saying he loved Lemaricus, but feared Letalvis Cobbins, thought he was evil.

Geeze.

I agree Muffet. You can see when this family looks over at LD they have affection for him. They seem to be looking for some sign that he cares about them and it's coming up empty.

Carl Rudd says on one of the two occasions he saw LD's mother she appeared "chemically altered."

Rudd: Thought LD was redeemable as a youth, and "I still believe he is."

It does, Lizzy.

Heck, all I'm seeing are three more victims of Gutter's cruelty.

Yeah right, let him visit with your grandkids too I bet. :banghead:

Nope, still no reaction from Davidson. What does that say that he can't scrounge up the slightest emotion for these people. They loved him as their own.

Rudd: Committed to LD as his foster parents.

Price: If he was in a tight spot, or an emergency in the middle of the night, you'd have been there for him?

Rudd: Yes.

Price: What made you kick him out?

Rudd: There were drugs in the home jeopardizing the wellbeing of our own son.

Price: You'd make it clear that wasn't allowed?

Rudd: Yes
