Wait - doc just said LD doesn't have a significant psychiatric condition!

So much for the bipolar, huh?

Also says he probably has a higher than avg IQ - just poor testing.

Dr. Brown has described the nurture part of creating a sociopath, even though he didn't use that word. Sociopathy is a personality disorder, not a mental illness. Personality disorders have no cure. You can't cure someone who have an evil soul.

One good thing is, I believe the pros gets to make the final statement tomorrow.

I believe the prosecution will make a closing argument, then the defense closes. The prosecution then gets a final statement. The prosecutors need to make a very strong case for putting even a despicable creature like Davidson on death row. A thorough retelling of what he did to these two young people makes for a strong case, one would think.

Davidson is a dangerous person. You can't make people care about living things when they don't. Every living thing in this world are mere objects to prey on to him.

I wonder what Slim thinks about this guy talking about what %&*# up he is?

Psych - Davidson has "above average" intelligence, not paranoid or nuts when sober

Interesting. After all defense hints of bi-polar narry a mention of it by psych

See the psych is saying he could not have been fixed nothing can be done. He's fricking talking sociopathy. Price needs to call him on this.

It appears every person who tried to help was another he used and upon whom he preyed. Even when asked to leave the Rudds he knew he messed up, no more gravy train, or Easy Street, his tears were for himself.

Yes, every individual has a choice to make. Like a sociopath, they know right from wrong. They just don't care and do what they want anyways.

Yep. And LD has probably just been sitting there this whole time, thinking, "What a sappy-assed chump..."

Dr. Brown: Neuropsychologist performed battery of tests re memory, attention, concentration and higher cognitive function. Findings entirely normal. When sober, has a normal brain.

Price: No evidence of PTSD, bi-polar, or any other mental disorder?

Dr. Brown: Correct.

Dr. All bets are off.

Price: You're aware he tested positive while in prison? That even in the penitentiary he found access to drugs?

Dr. Brown: Yes, aware of drug problem in the prison but it's the combination of different drugs and alcohol...

Psych - life of crime inevitable but "he had a choice"

Tests showed no psychological woes, including bi-polar or post traumatic stress disorder - psych

LOL, no kidding. Do we need an expert witness to tell us these things?

  • #1,177
Dr. Brown: There's no history of LD consuming significant amounts of drugs while in jail.

Price: Has LD accepted responsibility for his actions in this case?

Dr. Brown: We didn't discuss(!) We discussed his interactions, how he got along w others(?)

He was able to talk about how he got along with guards, etc. About roles he could play in getting along with people. Wow, he needs a game plan to get along with people? Again, looking for that mask to put on.
