I really believe some people have an innate sense to detect danger when it is lurking. Sort of like a 6th sense. Its some type of inner radar. There may be a name for it, I don't know. I know its hindsight but if Liza had been aware of this car lurking with its lights on, I wish she had noticed it, and had the wherewithal to go hide somewhere so he couldn't find her. This is the stuff that keeps me up all night. :(
*Premonition: the greatest ammunition

I'm flummoxed by this unraveling of time, I'm losing my grip on myself. I know that nothing awful will happen on the other side of the door. If anything, I'm about to have a perfectly forgettable day: a class to teach, a meeting with colleagues, maybe a movie. But I'm afraid of forgetting something crucial—my cell phone or my identity card, my health insurance or my keys. And I'm afraid of running into trouble.

Shelby District Attorney Steve Mulroy said Tuesday that authorities have "no reason to think" that Eliza Fletcher's murder "was anything other than an isolated attack by a stranger."

“To lose someone so young and so vital is a tragedy in and of itself, but to have it happen in this way, with a senseless act of violence, it’s unimaginable," said Mulroy, who expressed his condolences to the Fletcher family.

Memphis Police Department Chief Cerelyn Davis said Tuesday "it's too early to determine place and method of death" for Fletcher.

Waiting.. I’m hoping the arraignment is delayed as he may be ready to plea guilty.

Unfortunately, I can’t imagine that happening, this early in the proceedings.

I’d guess that he doesn’t yet have any comprehension of the mountain of evidence stacking up against him. And I think that acting out of remorse is out of the question.

It was said the the bicyclist found the shattered phone and returned it to Richie, Eliza's husband. My question is how did he know that it was her phone?
was there some DNA checking or other factors involved.
I've been following this case from the start but no one seems to mention (on YouTube) how did the cyclist know?
We don't know with certainty, but some posters have speculated that EF's husband, who was apparently a cyclist, had asked some cycling buddies to ride her running route to look for her when she hadn't returned on time. MOO

Do we have a working link to the hearing? I had a hard time yesterday finding one.

Can't believe CA(H)'s counsel has her legal pad positioned so anyone with a camera can zoom in and see what she has jotted down.

So much noise of cameras clicking that you can hardly hear what they're saying.
