I imagine that if a parent tried to reach their child through a babysitter and the babysitter would not allow them to see the child or tell them where she is, the parent would be required by law to report it. Probably a good incentive to always know where your kids are and be sure they are being cared for.How would this apply if the child was with a babysitter though?
If anything it would prevent parents from saying they thought their child was with a babysitter for two months and not face consequences when that child goes missing. Jmo
