MOO: Referring to the CA case. CA was reported missing 7/15 after 31 days no one seeing her. 7/16 CA was arrested for child neglect....... It's been almost a week since alert and MB is still running around telling stories and posting on SM... What gives?????

DCS confirms open investigation involving missing Evelyn Boswell

“The agency confirmed the investigation to News Channel 11 on Tuesday.

A DCS spokesperson said no other information about the case can be released due to state privacy protection laws.”

Based on this I would assume the hearing was a DCS hearing. Proceedings are confidential so DCS would not confirm if or when hearings were held or orders were issued.

So, the guy who's doing the live feed on the news station's FB page said that he was told by the sheriff's office they don't do polygraph tests. So did really go there and just lie about it?

It's the latest candlelight vigil held in our region in support of Evelyn. People held candles and shared prayers for her.

Event organizers chose Mendota because some of the search happened there.

Angela Boswell was arraigned in Sullivan County court on Tuesday. She has the following hearings scheduled for the respective charges:

• Thursday, February 27 in Kingsport at 9:30 a.m. (violation of probation)
  
• Wednesday, March 4 in Bristol, Tenn. at 9:00 a.m. (car theft)

Sullivan County officials dispel rumors about search for Evelyn Boswell

Officials addressed rumors that they were going to Mendota, Virginia on the night of February 25 to search for the girl, saying it wasn't true.

There were unsubstansiated reports circulating on social media that investigators were going to Mendota to search for Evelyn. The sheriff's office said that was not true.

Captain Andy Seabolt said, "Investigators did ask the US Marshals and the Washington County Virginia Sheriff's Office to check campgrounds in Mendota yesterday [February 24], but there has been no further mention of Mendota today [February 25]."

There was a member that said she was up last night listening the scanners of the camp ground searches after MB's interview. It was several pages back and I don't remember who, but maybe you can poke around and find them?

In her latest interview MB was very hesitant to specifically name what she got Evelyn for Christmas, she was asked twice. She did not buy that baby gifts, she knows she’s not going to open them and I’ve officially lost hope

I am assuming this is allowed because it is the Facebook page of MSM. Look at the first video. They are reporting that Maggie has been at the Sheriff’s Office for hours.

I thought the same, but while Sullivan County doesn’t administer polygraphs, TBI does. Someone posted earlier that TBI has a policy to not administer them in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of a pregnancy. So I’m guessing that’s what she was talking about.
