That's a complete mischaracterization of this situation.
MB's story, if she's to be believed, which LE has indicated she isn't, is that she left EB with a person she trusted back in December, then lost all contact with her baby for 2 months.
She never sounded the alarm.
Parents don't drop their infants off with caregivers and then allow the caregivers to deny them access to their infants at the end of their work day.
We'll never know whether, what, or how much of a difference it might have made if MB had reported her baby missing.
Because she didn't report EB missing. Ever.
That's beyond bizarre.
It's downright suspicious.
