Yep heard he shot out of a silver mustang with a high powered rifle via eyewitness accounts.

There were conflicting reports about the car. One said silver Mustang, another witness said black car.

FBI man just mentioned ISIS in a vague way.

Two separate locations -one at a strip mall office where he got out of his car and opened fire then went to Naval base and fired for 10 minutes.

Just to give everyone an idea of response times, Chattanooga PD's headquarters is actually on Amnicola maybe about a mile away from shooting.
