Mayor confirms that 4 killed and shooter was killed. 1 officer was shot in the ankle. And other ppl were shot and have been treated.

Considering everything I've seen in the news lately I'm still just shocked. I've only experienced one other time in this city, earlier this year, where a crazy event took place and the PD still locked the situation down very quickly. But even through that I'm shocked that this could happen up the road from me.

I very much appreciate what she is doing, but I dont think this thread is to discuss about her.
Right now it seems to be terrorism, real possibility shooter Muhammad is a supporter of ISIS to push 'religion of peace' etc

Seems to live in France, I think. Understands French and that looks like a European switch behind him, to me. Bet he's yet another fed up, failed European rapper. Wish to heaven some US rappers would step up and start talking to these guys - they hero worship them and would listen. ISIS would start losing a lot of recruits if American rappers were the competition, in my opinion.

Local news just reported that PD were setting up officials around the supposed shooter's home in Hixson, which is my area of Chattanooga and a few miles from the shooting location.

I can't count the number of times that a Sheriff or other LEO said, "Crimes like this doesn't happen in our town"..ie.. Decatur County, TN Sheriff Wyatt in the Holly Bobo abduction 04/13/2011..
