Very early on, someone close to the case (a verified friend I think) said that a storage location had been searched already. Wasn't it one near Wal-Mart? I've been digging for a while and can't find it yet, but when I do I'll post it. Just posting hoping it will jog someone else's memory too, because I could be mistaken.

LOL..I think it was Oriah who wanted to know IF there was more than one James Blvd on Signal Mtn... I think I said there was only one but there was a James Place.. IIRC..Someone stated that James Place was not the name of the street/road but some condos or town houses... I asked IF it could be both...
There was some discussion as to whether James Place even existed because it was not shown on Google maps but was shown on mapquest...
Hope I haven't confused you.. I doubt it has any significance in reference to what may have happened to Gail but we were wondering what was down that road and IF that road had been checked..JMHO

Sleuthy, Have to ask. Did Arlene actually see the laptop or GP told her she had it with her? Reason I ask, is because if Susie had the laptop in her possession on SM---and GP never allowed it in the house or kept it in her car...when did GP get if from her before her sudden trip to AL on 4/29? Did she get it from SB before she left..if so...when? ??? Wouldn't MP wonder why she was going to SB's?

So has Arlene changed her story again about whether the trip was planned or unexpected? First it's unexpected (per articles), then in earlier SMM interview it's planned several days before, now it's back to sudden?

It was Matt told Gail...around 23:00. Also, twice SMM jumped the subject over Hegman and AD. Once timeline vs boat key and 40K vs consensual search.
AD also said MP told TH ....."We're" going to get all the cash out of the accounts so she has nothing. *****That is one important contraction, imo. Whether the interpretation was TH's or AD's...or the direct words of MP. IMO

On the evening of the last DV call in Signal Mountain (Friday April 29th) ....upon arrival in Alabama at Arlene's ex husband's home where they were planning a birthday party for him the following day. Arlene met and spoke with Gail and the 2 children. It was at this time that Arlene was still aware that Gail had her laptop bag with the contents as mentioned before in Gail's possession (Not at SB's house now but WITH GAIL).

I didn't see the beginning part.

The FBI interview came at Arlene's request. She was not called in by the FBI for questioning. Arlene has been trying to get the attention of the FBI, since the first few days Gail after went missing. She was finally able to get a sit down meeting with the FBI in Chattanooga, TN this past Monday. IMO ~ If she was there for 2 hours...she had alot to share with them...and from what she told me...The FBI was VERY interested in what she had to say and what she had to offer them with regard to her friend's disappearance.

:twocents:As AD stated on The Roth Show Wednesday evening...There are things she has been asked not to discuss. She will honor those certain requests, especially if she thinks her silence with regard to those things will help find her friend sooner, rather than later. This question may fall into that category. Sorry I cannot be of more assistance to you :twocents:

BBM. Thanks holly. I just listened, and you're right. I mis-heard it. I alerted my post and asked for a mod to change it to Matt told Gail, because that's quite a difference.

I have a hard time understanding some of what Arlene says and have to listen over and over, and there was no way to do that when I took my notes because it was a livestream.

According to Arlene in the most recent SMM interview, Matt's court documents say Gail was on Adderall, which Matt claims is an antipsychotic. It's not. It's used for narcolepsy and ADHD, and it stimulates the central nervous system. Antipsychotics, as you can imagine, do not stimulate the nervous system but rather the exact opposite.

I assume Arlene is misunderstanding the documents -- can anyone confirm/deny that? Matt surely wouldn't have submitted incorrect information on Adderall in court documents when he is a PharmD, because it would make him look really bad, like either he flunked a lot of classes in college or was lying. Just my two cents on that.

However, it's important to note that improper dosage or overuse/abuse of Adderall can cause psychotic symptoms. Personally, I think it's unlikely that is what happened here. Perhaps if she had just started the drug, but reports from Matt and the G's make it sound like Gail was acting strangely for a few weeks. Since Gail had been dealing with her ADHD diagnosis for over 20 years and is a PharmD, I'm going to say it's unlikely she was dealing with effects from Adderall and didn't know it.

But let's say she didn't realize what was going on. Since Matt has a PhD in pharmacy as well, wouldn't he almost immediately recognize problematic side effects from Adderall as soon as he saw them? So if (and again, that is IF because I am just speculating) Matt was trying to say in those court documents that Gail was psychotic because of Adderall, I personally think that would backfire all over the place. Everyone would wonder why Matt, with his experience and education, just dismissed Gail as being crazy instead of realizing she was dealing with a serious side effect of prescription medication.

The divorce issue between Matt and Gail-is there independent verification of this? I mean, we know that neither appears to have retained an attorney for the divorce prior to her disappearance. Did any of her written communication indicate that she was planning on doing this, or is this hearsay so to speak? I mean, MP indicated that he was planning on separating from her, correct, and that they were going to tell the kids....and I know that many are not ready to take his words as gospel. Did Gail indicate to anyone other than Arlene that she was going to take this action?

Believe, when the expedited court hearing was held in Hamilton County on 6/29, MP's counsel brought up the fact that Gail had sent a $17,000. cashier's check to her sister DN. I believe it was answered that the uncashed check was for six (6) months of living expenses for Gail and her two children plus a dissolution attorney's retainer fee. There are lots of links to 6/29/2011 quotes regarding the $17,000 cashier's check from Gail to DN on BeanE's Case Signal Timeline. But I don't recall which WS thread and post/s are where I read the reason for the payment to DN and not positive if it was DN and KN's counsel that answered to that at the 6/29 court hearing or if it was DN who answered to that after the court hearing was held.

Also, AD stated that the reason Gail wanted the video of an argument between MP and herself retrieved after having been erased was because, "she planned to use it as evidence in their divorce."

Arlene and the sister have said there was a "separation" - and of course, that's not the same as having a legal document.

I wish, if Gail had an attorney somewhere that they would come forward, but she is considered still alive and therefore we have attorney-client privilege. I would think that LE may know who her attorney is, if she had one. I hope she did.

We don't even know for sure that she had a PI - who is it? When the searches were done at MP's mother's house, his PI was there, but no mention of Gail's PI.

I think it would make sense for Gail to hire both a lawyer and a PI, but beyond hearsay there's just no proof that these people exist. That's not to say I don't believe AD or the sister, because I really want to believe them. But as far as rock-hard proof - no.

I recall reading on here and possibly in MSM, but can't say for sure, the $17,000. cashier's check that Gail sent to DN just days before her disappearance was partly for a dissolution attorney's retainer fee, so it sounds as though she had not hired an attorney, yet.

I also recall reading on WS about Gail's PI having told her about MP meeting with various people not long before Gail's disappearance and that Gail was given a report from her PI within a day or so of when MP returned on 4/29, statement from AD, I believe.

I wish we knew more definitive information about this PI, too, but I would imagine they typically prefer to keep a low profile due to their line of work.

According to AD's interview last night, Gail and MP had a heated discussion via the phone on 4/26 wherein Gail supposedly informed MP that she knew what he was up to regarding all of his unscrupulous actions so maybe she received the PI report that day?!

Said Matt was at a very secluded storage facility about 3.2 miles from the home for about 20 minutes. Two days in a row and on one day was there twice. Before GP disappeared. I don't think AD is sure if Gail knew of the unit or not. Will have to listen again.

I'm guessing the gf is talking....but not sure she is still "with" MP.

LE conducted a search of a Red Bank storage unit...would that be the same one, I wonder?

I also find the whole thing about the boat key very suspicious. If the key was with the computer, and we know where the key is, where is AD's laptop???

Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought it was stated by AD in the interview last night that SB had the computer bag (not the computer);therefore, when SB returned all the items to MP (maybe LE or MP's Attorneys or MP's PI, but ultimately MP imo) that Gail had given her for 'safe keeping', the boat key would have probably still been in the computer bag. I believe Gail had the computer in the Jeep with her.

Or she had both the bag and computer with her (and it may follow...the boat key, as well)....I don't think she was going to part with that computer as it was somewhat of a 'lifeline' for her, imo.
