Very little is known about the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Herman Brown.

Herman is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He was 37 years old when he was last seen in Memphis Tennessee on July 1, 1994.

Herman is described as a Black/African American male, 5’7” tall and 130 pounds. He has black hair, and a mustache. He has brown eyes and wears glasses. Herman has a scar on his abdomen and right leg.

Herman would be 63 years old today. Despite limited information on this case, and how long Herman has been missing, law enforcement is still trying to find the answers of what happened to Herman.

According to the Milwaukee, wisconsin police file, Herman has no teeth. Further, there is a dna sample for him.

This is from reading the file. I’m not going to post it because it’s over 100 pages.

Herman had no transportation, he arrived in Memphis via bus from Milwaukee and was seen by his sister once he arrived. (he had one sister in Milwaukee, one sister in Memphis).

He would have taken public transportation or walked, because he was low on money. He was originally from Memphis and had family there. His Milwaukee sister paid his bus fare to Memphis. He may have become transient. He had no job the sisters knew of. There is a case file in Milwaukee and one in Memphis with law enforcement. There is no indication he ever returned to Milwaukee.
