More tidbits of info about Holly, as well as that the "spokesman" has known her family for 10 years. So, I think we can assume that her family has been in the area at least that long.

My question is why does LE think she is still in the area with i-40 so close? Something told them she is still in the area. I believe it was HB who left some items as a trail to find her.

Here's another scenario. If they do have a suspect in mind and does know that he didn't leave the area that day, then maybe we can assume that is why LE thinks Holly is still in the area.

Interesting perspective but I would kidnap (not really) an RN or BSN that is no longer in school for medical care... This is a stalking and obsession issue IMO (600 friends on FB in a town of 2500!). Does anyone know how long she has been in this LPN program?

I don't know how to do a poll but it seems to me that many of us ol' timers on here all feel about the same about this case.

1) This was a well planned abduction, the result of an obsession
2) Brother and boyfriend aren't involved
3) Perp is someone local who was on the periphery of Holly's life
4) We feel there is a good chance Holly is still alive
5) The perp is an adult at least in his middle 20's but probably older (I lean towards 30's)
6) Probably not the perp's first crime
7) Perp has been involved in the searches

Please feel free to add to this list, disagree, do a poll, whatever...

My theory:
Perp is a neighbor or acquaintance. Approached Holly and said "C'mere and look at sumpen in the woods!" Got Holly out of sight then secreted her away somewhere. I see the perp as the usual profile of 'loner, not good with relationships, etc'. He wanted to collect a young lovely for himself, and so he did.

Not if this person just needs someone to give medication, change bed, and just normal care however; he couldn't leave her unbound and unattended if he had to work. Well it was a thought anyway. I'm praying for TBI and locals to find her TODAY!

I pray that today is the day they find Holly!!! Read some place that a neighbor was refusing to let them search there place. Could the neighbor be related to the suspects & COA ing.....

I think that could be a possibility. I don't think it is someone close to the family so a fugitive. a guy who worked at the local store someone like that.

If it IS someone close to her, as has been surmised and speculated, then the person most likely IS one of her 600 Facebook friends. That's kind of sobering. The answer is right there.

I think there is a possibility that there are 2 suspects. I think it's possible someone helped the main perp get out of there (the woods). I also think the perp (or perps, as the case may be) knows Holly and her family. I don't think it's a stranger.

I read that a property owner may not be allowing them to search their property, not necessarily a neighbor. With that said, it could be a rumor, but in this town of 2500 people who are on board with searching for Holly, if one person is not allowing a search that is telling.

I am aware that often people don't want a search of their property because they are doing something illegal...which could be the case as well.

I think that the evidence they have found so far is because the perp planted it there. Could it be that he was planting it while searching for Holly? You never know. Could it be that a certain parent is covering for their son? Could be.

So many scenarios but I think LE knows what they are doing and there is a rhyme and reason to it. IMO

I posted at the beginning of this week an observation I had made. Last weekend she had 624 friends and on Monday there was 621. The number is back up to 623....still missing one. Someone said some people deactivate their accounts when they are away etc. But I still find it interesting that 1 is still missing. Could this be the perp and he has defriended her or perhaps LE has taken this person off?
