Has to be a car involved...as stated before, her books, purse, etc. should have been scattered everywhere if she was physically restrained once taken out of sight of the house. If the duct tape is connected (and I think it must be) then she sure wasn't carrying her books and purse.

I'd be shocked if there was not some vehicle used (Car, Truck, Moving Van, Van etc).

In that area by Parsons I believe there are like 4 counties bordering that area. Decatur, Henderson, Benton and Carroll. They probablly have searchers volunteering from at least all 4 of those counties. MOO

I read about the neighbor too, and also about mom calling 911 from work...so who knows.

Levi says they will discuss the latest on this case on his show tonight...ummm...what is the latest? She is still missing, no sign of her, no POI or suspects...

I do not believe her brother did anything to her. But LE could have taken a lot of heat off of him at the PC by going over/clarifying the first hours of the case and chose not to do so.

I agree & I find it strange.

I have been an RN for almost 20 years and worked as a nursing assistant before that... I cannot begin to recall all the strange situations I have found myself in with patients.. beit as a student or as a professional nurse. I once extubated a mob boss LOL... entire story deserving it's own parking lot thread... I have been punched in the face... I have been followed out to my car in the parking lot...

LOL, I know...I can only imagine a 20 year career of stories. I just have my clinicals, but still, there's a lot of stories!

think about it... this wasn't even clinical day for her.. she had a test.. clinical days start much earlier.. so that means someone watching someone knowing.. ((I bolded this because this person would have HAD to have known her exact nursing schedule!!!)))and someone without a car in the driveway.. someone that walks her into the woods..

this is like so strange I don't think there is a comparison.. and in her short time of studying to be an lpn I do not necessarily see the transfixion taking place there... someone really planned out this crime and covered a lot of ground (lunchbox found 8 miles away)

I agree- someone planned the crime. I will also say, while I don't know her schedule, my days all started at 06:45, clinical or class. It was how it worked, except for the one 1/2 semester where I got to work 3-11p (LOVED that shift...just loved it!). But other than that, it was always 06:45, and that was the way it was.

Do we know what her schedule was? I agree, it was someone who knew her schedule, but I don't rule out patients because of that, you know? Someone may well have targeted her with that as the introduction point, and planned from there.

And bear in mind, when I see personal, I think "personal to the bad guy", not necessarily personal to the victim; I could argue that it was "personal" to Ted Bundy, but not because he knew/had a relationship with the victims. Of course, most of the time it *is* personal on both sides; I just can't rule out it being personal on only one side.

Some forums with locals on them were passing on 2nd hand info yesterday, I think alot of that gets picked up and passed onto other forums and self perpetuates until blogs and certain news orginizations pick up and roll with it. Most is all rumor, like "my brother was talking to a friend of so and so's".Regardless of being published by a news orgination or not only confirmed call was by brother.

This is very confusing. An article that came out today, states the Mom was at the home, that morning. I don't understand why LE isn't clearing up some of this!

You have to read down the article a little bit it explains....
he saw her with a guy in camo he thought it was her bf etc he saw blood called 911

Brother did not witness the abduction as reported earlier by being dragged away into the woods!
