He has previously thought he needed to return to Ohio, where he once owned a business.

Among missing persons cases, Harrison's is unique. He was on foot, rather than in a vehicle. He had no cell phone, credit card or other means of tracking him electronically. He had no wallet or identification, either.

"This is kind of weighing on everybody here," Glenn said Tuesday. "But at this point, we're relying on the public for a viable lead."

Harrison's wife believes it's possible he hitched a ride out of the area. During previous struggles with his memory, Harrison thought he needed to return to Ohio, where he owned a transmission shop years ago.

Investigators responded to the area and the KCSO Dive Team recovered a male body. It was transported to the Knox County Forensics Center for positive identification.

KCSO did not say whether the body could be Harrison. Harrison, a Knox County man, has been missing since November and has been the subject of an intense search.
