Description:
Moore was last seen in Henderson County, Tennessee on October 5, 1990. He and his wife had left McKenzie, Tennessee that day en route to Phoenix, Arizona. When they reached Morrilton, Arkansas, Moore changed his mind about the trip and they turned to go back to McKenzie. They pulled over on I-40 at mile marker 96 so Moore could take a bathroom break. According to his wife, she drove on but turned around at the next exit and came back to pick him up. He was nowhere to be found and had no ID or money with him.
Moore had diminished mental and physical capacity at the time of his disappearance and suffered from seizures. His family reported that he was physically unable to take care of himself. He has never been heard from again and his whereabouts remain unknown.
