I have thought since the first of this that AM took the family for his interest in the two young girls. I know that it has been stated that he believed that at least one of the children were his, but I think that this was an excuse for his extreme interest in the family. IMHO, he was grooming the girls and the family; and he made excuses to friends and family for his extreme interest. I do not think that either of these two girls look like him. He scares me!! He has very distinct facial features, and neither of these girls have any of those features. I think that all three girls look very much like their dear mother.

I honestly believe that the mother died trying to save her girls; and I am not certain that his story that he "dated" Joann is true. I think it is very likely that he wanted to date her, but I am not certain that this is true.

I am a very light sleeper, but my husband takes sleeping pills and he can sleep though anything. He never wakes up to anything. I came to realize that I would need to defend our home if anything ever happened. I made him buy me a small handheld gun that I keep for my peace of mind. I took a gun class; and I feel much better. Having said this, I can see how Joann may have heard a noise and came out to see what is going on. She may have found him either moving the girls out of the home; or he may have asked to speak with her outside and killed her. I am not yet sure what I believe.

The affidavit does not state where in the home that the 14 year old A was killed. She may have been killed in her own room - IMO. I personally think that he may have killed both Joann and A to give him more time to get away with the girls. It makes me wonder what conversation he may have had with Adam that day.

My question is - why didn't Teresa go with him and the girls? I am confused as to why she would help him get the girls, watch him kill Joann, move Joann and A's bodies, but she did not accompany him when he left with the girls.

I am also heart-sick for Adam. I can't imagine the pain and agony that he must be feeling for losing his dear wife, his adopted daughter A, and for wondering what must be going on with his other daughters.

This is a horrible, horrible case and I just wish that he would be found already!!

And the name Paco Rodrigass, evidently he has some people that think he looks hispanic, or maybe he can do a good spanish accent or speak spanish. He could blend in with darker skin and darker hair and black mustache. And make the girls hair darker.

TM wouldn't be charged with two counts of first degree murder if she just drove a vehicle and saw him digging a hole. If this was part of the plan they had planned one month or two months before, it's premeditated, also.

Since LE released his other alias, I'm thinking he was planning on using that one. Also, his Paco alias came out pretty quickly thanks to Facebook. So, he probably abandoned that one. This leads me to believe that he was planning on utilizing a "white" persona, especially since both girls have blonde hair. And that leads me to think he was not planning on crossing over the border, but he could have changed his mind last minute.

Did anyone ever figure out if the 2/3/2012 date was wrong or a typo? If he was planning this for that long, he could have had time to get Christopher Wylde documents ready.

Don't forget the girls hair is possibly dyed.

I don't think the girls are with AM, I think they are with AM's father Johnny.That's my opinion. Till they show me where Johnny is, then I might think differently.

Mary Frances Mayes, Adam's mother, has also been charged. She's accused of conspiracy to commit especially aggravated kidnapping.

Terry Dycus, Mary's attorney, told Action News 5 that she waants her son to turn himself in to authorities and hopes for the girls' safe return. She also claims she wasn't involved in her son's plot.

They found hair clippings and hair dye at AM's home, so I think it is a safe bet those girls have shorter hair and a different color.

This guy is a nut. No way those two pretty girls came from him. He "hopes" they are, or "wants" them to be, maybe. I don't even think he genuinely believes they are his - he just wishes and is using it as an excuse to live out his fantasy.

Hopefully he's nothing more than a stalker type. I think he is obsessed with them. They're cute kids, and he's probably lived a life of being teased for his looks, as a child especially, I'd bet. Hopefully he did not take them for any reason beyond wishing they were truly his. But I'd bet anything he knows they are not. Just wishes.
