Manchester Police Seek Help In Missing Person Case

Officials with the Manchester Police Department said Justin Zeigler was last seen on November 20, 2016.

Zeigler had just picked up his check at a Dollar Tree in Manchester.

Was Justin driving a car? Or on foot? Has LE checked if he cashed his check? Maybe their is video surveillance of him or if someone was with him? Praying for his loved ones! :thinking:

Skull found in Manchester identified as missing Franklin Co. man

Manchester Police confirmed the skull has been identified as Justin Zeigler who was reported missing in November of 2016.

This is an ongoing investigation as police try to locate Zeigler’s remains.
