Yes I'm hoping they get the message from that presser. After what ET's sister said, I am concerned he has someone that has helped him get somewhere or maybe a kid he is communicating with through a burner phone.I was really glad how clear they made it at the conference that this was NOT a romance, but it was a kidnapping. I think they did this because they are probably having problems witht the pro-Tad folks and they needed to give them a reality check. Maybe this will be the kick in the pants those people need to get off the Tad Crazy-train and start working to get ET back and fix that broken school district.
We can't really discuss this yet though.. Normally we can't discuss this stuff but I don't know if that changes when a verified insider tells us the handle.

I would hate for it to be nothing but I'm glad if LE was able to get on it right away.Oh, I did see that restaurant picture somewhere or another, not sure where? I'd imagine that LE was on it quickly. They had a license plate to easily check out. I suspect that it was a false alarm. JMO
Well she doesn't face charges for running away, but he does for harboring a runaway.
Here's what I wrote earlier as to the possible charges:
1. Harboring a runaway - a misdemeanor, in TN. Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-15-0414. Up to 11 months in jail.
http://search.mleesmith.com/tca/39-15-0400.html
2. Aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor - a class B felony in TN. Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-17-1005. 8-30 years in prison.
https://www.tn.gov/assets/entities/t...20Offenses.pdf
3. Aggravated kidnapping - a class B felony in TN. Tennessee Code Annotated § 39-13-304. 8-30 years in prison. I think this applies ( i could be wrong) because he physically removed the child from her home by fraud (if it can be shown that he convinced her they could get married, for example), with the intent to commit sexual assault on her. http://www.helpingclients.com/Crimin...isonment.shtml
4. Kidnapping - federal charge.18 U.S. Code section 1201. 20 years to life sentence. This occurs if someone "unlawfully seizes, confines, inveigles, decoys, kidnaps, abducts, or carries away and holds for ransom or reward or otherwise any person, except in the case of a minor by the parent thereof, when(1)the person is willfully transported in interstate or foreign commerce, regardless of whether the person was alive when transported across a State boundary, or the offender travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses the mail or any means, facility, or instrumentality of interstate or foreign commerce in committing or in furtherance of the commission of the offense".Inveigles means persuades, so if he persuades a minor to cross state lines, he can be charged federally for kidnapping.

5. Transportation of a minor - 18 U.S. Code section 2423 - Up to 30 years or 10 years to life.

6. Coercion and enticement - 18 U.S. Code section 2422 - up to 20 years.

You're right!

still failing to see anything notable in the pictures
Victim blaming:
I've noticed that women sometimes give sympathy to the abuser rather than the victim. I, even, was in an abusive marriage; but women 'circled' the ex with sympathy and excuses. Me? I got 'what did you do to set him off?'
The one I saw her clothing looked very similar, there was a questionable part that could have a very easy explanation..Oh I remember that picture. She isn't wearing the same outfit if I remember correctly that's why I blew it off when I saw it.
And you only see the back of her head.
