Does anyone have a link to view the arraignment? Will it be aired?

I want to know about the many attempts to take her. Wonder what stopped them?!

Since im in CA im hoping they show it on the news but it wouldn't be the complete hearing.

Arraignment usually last a few minutes. They may even continue the Arraignment. Im sure they will ask for bail but where would he go? Sisters?

I almost feel like his confession of these grand plans to go to Mexico are BS. Like, look what I could have done with her but thankfully I kept her in the US. I'm a boater and a hero!

eta: I do love that he's talking. More to crucify him with...

Actually i think the fool saying he was going to take her by boat to Mexico makes him look worse taking her out of the country.

So he did this "test run" by himself? That would mean he left ET alone. I'm not buying it.. I doubt he ever let her out of his sight.

Im having a little trouble with this statement. At first i took it to mean he found Elizabeth then got employed at the school to be around her and used it as a coverup. It may not be worded correctly. Anyone?

The motion for Cummins' detention also details the method in which he allegedly found Thomas, through employment at her school. The motion describes Cummins' work to cover up the relationship between himself and the 15-year-old to his employers.

I think this is saying he found ET through his employment at the school. The word "work" in the second sentence doesn't refer to his job, it refers to whatever actions he took to hide his involvement with ET from the school. It is worded in a confusing way.

Did the Rogue have a trailer hitch?

Could he have bought it much earlier while making plans possibly tested it on a lake and stored it somewhere else?

Maybe he wasn't really broke and lied about that too!

That's what I thought at first. But after listening to ET's dad say that she had lost weight and was eating flowers, I now think that they truly were broke. IMHO.

:cow:

I respectfully disagree. I think they were living as frugally as possible, saving the money for living in Mexico until they found jobs.

No doubt he's a fool and to me, it does look worse. I just think he's still in BS mode.

From the motion filed in California, he was already under criminal investigation for abusing ET prior to the kidnapping. So many different people failed this poor girl:

"Moreover, the defendant found his victim through his employment and abused her for a period of multiple months while attempting to conceal the relationship to his employer."

"The defendant left Tennessee at a time when he knew he was the subject of an investigation about engaging in improper sexual behavior with the juvenile victim because he had been interviewed multiple times by officials about his involvement with the victim. The logical inference is that the defendant fled in early March 2017 because he did not want to await the outcome of the investigation since it was likely to lead to criminal charges against him and, therefore, he fled to avoid criminal charges"

If they did spend time in San Diego, why would he go +/- 800 miles NORTH in California to bide their time for a trip to Mexico? There are all sorts of communes and such down in So. Cal.

I don't have a link but IIRC there was a reporter showing the cabin and on the floor was a few papers, and one of them was what the FBI took from the cabin for evidence. It wasn't an actual release from LE.

Your response was to my question

BTW... I still want to know how they knew they were in Berkeley California, in addition to search warrant return on the car.

How is it that we have search warrant return on the cabin, but not on the car or at BBR?

What media outlet ORIGINALLY released the search warrant seizure for the cabin? Anyone know?
as to which media outlet released the search warrant seizure.

I didn't think that the search warrant was released by LE... and that is my question. Which media outlet got a hold of it, and why didn't they also get one from the car. Andd...... again I will ask, how did they know that the were in Berkeley California?
