@T615 has been doing research into this as a Nashville native and was able to find a genealogical connection between one of those surnames to a location in Riverside California (close to fullerton) in 2004.

Jahnet would have been born in 2004 if my math is correct. Although I can’t find too much info on Jahnet and her date/location of birth so this could just be a coincidence.

Has there been any info at all that would lead anyone to believe Vandy was pregnant or not pregnant when she was found? Would she have been too decomposed to have determined one way or the other?

Even early pregnancy it's pretty apparent on autopsy. Her face was gone and body was mush but a pregnancy would have been easy to spot, IMO.

A possible long shot would be Pshara Marie Jones, 21, who has been missing from Oklahoma since Sept. 21, 2015.

It looks like she is an only child and her mother passed away after she went missing. (I hope they got DNA for Pshara)

She was having issues with her meds, was suffering from either bipolar or schizophrenia, and according to her mother, left abruptly after a fight with her mother.

If she hitched a ride, who knows?

Jane Doe was believed to possible be Hispanic/black then believed to be white/black. Pshara is apparently Vietnamese/Black but appears quite
ambiguous.


It’s highly unlikely given many factors but thought I’d suggest it in the thread.

The distance and the timeframe make me hesitant to believe this could be her.

That being said, the nose, height and age match. So you never know!

How were they able to determine her ties to Texas? Was it through genetics? Pshara’s maternal uncle lives in Texas.

And her mum moved there after her daughter went missing until her passing in 2024.

IMO appearance is close enough (esp in that second picture) that I think it's worth reporting. Worst that could happen is that another one is ruled out.

I did some more digging and I’m not so sure she had an accident befall her.

Jahnet Watkins is a 14 year old girl who went missing from Fullerton California in April of 2018. Our Jane Doe was found less than 6 months later.

There is quite a bit of distance, and Jahnet was only 14 when she went missing. But could this possibly be her?

She was entered into NAMUS 11 days ago. And her profile was updated again today!

Danielle was last seen in Warren, OH on 03/19/2018. She would communicate using other's cell phones by logging into Facebook to send messages. A known associate stated her last contact with Danielle was on 03/20/2018 via a message through Facebook. It is unknown what location in Warren she was at before she went missing.

NamUs modified her profile to include photos on September 9th, 2024. This leads me to believe she is still missing. I can't find info regarding her ancestry/genetic makeup but at first glance she looks mixed race to me.

It's quite the distance from Ohio to Tennessee, but you never know.
