Where are you, Ms. Pandora?

It’s just breaking my heart that we still don’t know what has happened to little Ms Pandora! I’m still thinking of her and her family and saying prayers. I can’t imagine how heartbroken her family must be.

I agree 100%. My heart breaks thinking of this precious lady and I don't even know her. :(

 Maybe she jumped in a big rig with the coolest truck driver ever and she's having the time of her life traveling across our beautiful United States of America.:p They're in Cali but will be back this week. No time for news...just rollin' & chattin'. ;)

Yes indeed! :D Truckers get a pretty bad rap, and many deserve it, but there are many many more who'd enjoy yapping with Ms. Pandora as they pound down the miles to the next delivery spot. ;) And they'd take darned good care of that Lil Firecracker, too! Haha...:)

The family of an 85-year-old woman who’s been missing for months is keeping up their efforts to bring her home.

Pandora Duckett's family said the reward to find her is up to $10,000. ...

Deputies said earlier this month that leads have "pretty much stopped coming in." ...

Pandora Duckett’s family still hoping for a miracle months after mother’s disappearance

(Article from 5/17/19)

“Store surveillance video is the last sign of Pandora Duckett after a woman says she picked her up from a store on New Allen and dropped her off on Rosswood Road before she vanished.

In January, close-to-freezing temperatures kept the Duckett family praying as they hoped their mother, who has Alzheimer's, was somewhere warm.

Now as those numbers begin to rise into the '80s, they can only hope she's still OK.

"Of course you worry about her, you have thoughts all day, every day of where she might be or what's going on, how is she doing," Kim Duckett said. "Those thoughts go through your head day and night."

***

“Those thoughts weighed heavily last Sunday, Mothers Day, the first one without the one they call the "glue" to their family.”

***

"I stay in contact with a few neighbors with a Ring doorbell to see if they've gotten anything, if they can remember something. You know, you back track and go through that whole day because you're reliving that whole day every day."

Kim would like to conduct another search that includes officers, but says with very limited information, he doesn't want to waste resources until they get leads.

"Please don’t give up, because we will not give up," he said.“

C’mon, Ms Pandora! Please let your family know where you are, hopefully safe...but at least to bring you home with them.
Many prayers to the family and friends.

I keep thinking of her, too. Where do they go from here?

Another reason Alzheimer’s sucks.

Just reading this thread. Ms. Pandora reminds me so much of another elderly lady who's been missing for years from Georgia. Janet Miller went missing right before Christmas--she was heading home from a church service and was a retired missionary. No one seems to have any idea where she may be...she just vanished. Maybe these two ladies are in Heaven now swapping stories and getting to know each other. Sadly, I don't feel either of them are on this plane anymore :(
