On the property tax receipt for nov 3, 2020 for 115 Bakertown, the remittance code is FHB Lockbox. The receipt is also available as a .pdf on the website. Can anyone confirm if FHB is First Hawaii Bank? Prior years the payment was made in the name of AQW or under remittance code FTB Lockbox (First Tennessee Bank).

Even though 5G shouldn't be part of conspiracy theories, it is in fact part of several such widely believed theories, as are discussed in this article that I also posted upthread. Conspiracy theories aren't rational, but are currently very popular among some people. Some conspiracy movements such as QAnon incorporate many such theories into a sort of toxic stew.

In it's own sick way, it's marketing. There are people and companies that make billions in profits exploiting these stupid theories and the people who believe them. To keep customers coming back, they need new conspiracies.

Warning or not, as I’ve stated before, a bomb this big wasn’t made with a safety conscious. It’s like someone who blindly fires a gun at a dwelling, it may, or may not, kill someone but the shooter apparently doesn’t care.

Right, I'm not saying there couldn't be another explanation. But I don't think we can write off things like security cameras as purely paranoia. It would be one thing if someone put up security cameras and barbed wire around a fish tank. But you'd think even a sane criminal would want to protect his bomb-making lab. You see similar security setups around meth labs. I have fraud clients that stored laptops in basement safes, their houses had safe rooms, etc. Is it paranoia or part of a coverup/protection for illegal activity?
Oh, I completely agree that the cameras probably indicate more than just paranoia.

Another press conference today with the director of the TBI. Not a lot of new new info other than:

-DNA sampling not familial, collected from a hat and gloves found in one of suspect's vehicles
-Mother is cooperative
-When asked why the tip about AQW stood out among all others, response is basically "we looked into it and it stood out because of the way it was."

Some more info about recovering the VIN also that doesn't seem particularly relevant to me.

That's the odd thing.
The property they searched the other day at 115 Bakertown doesn't have all the security cams mentioned. It's the other property mentioned that has LOADS of surveillance.

The pics of the building from current MSM look almost identical to the pics on google street view and there are 2 cams, at best. There are 2 areas that have what appear to be spotlights, one on the side of the house over the fenced yard, and another at the back of the house over the parking area. (Included a pic of the antennae mentioned in MSM as well). All pics are from Google Maps

Interesting! I thought I read an article where a neighbor at the 115 house said he recently put a gate in his fence, drove the RV into the yard, and then put up security cameras and no trespassing signs all around the fence? I am on vacation, everything is blending together!

I wonder about the tips that obviously didn’t stand out and weren’t looked into. What part of “dude is making bombs in his RV” didn’t they understand?

Source for the gate: "[Neighbor] said that after the RV had been parked outside the home for years, a couple of weeks ago, Warner built a gate in the fence and drove the RV into his yard.

Warner placed lights and security cameras outside his house.

Warner did a lot of work in his yard. [Neighbor] said Warner built the fence around his yard himself."

Could FHB be First Horizon Bank ??? (just guessing as it's mentioned in the payment options portion). And, a quick google tells me they have lockbox services.

Yeah - it appears you are correct. Thanks

Street view on google does show several "no trespassing" signs on the fence (in the parking area), but from at least the left and front of the building, there aren't any more security cams now, than there were in 2019 when the street view images were taken.

There exists an EagleView Pictometry view of the Antioch address that clearly shows where the RV was parked over the years as well as the placement of the fence. This contradicts the neighbor’s “a couple weeks ago” timeline.

If anybody can find that link I’d appreciate it. Otherwise I’ve got it in my iPad’s history and can dig it up for closer scrutiny.

I believe this might be the link you're looking for:
Real Property Search | Property Assessor of Nashville & Davidson County TN

Simple Search>address> Map Tools> Pictometry and Aerial Photos.
Yes indeed, the RV has been parked inside the fenced yard at least as far back as March 2019.

Do we know when these views of the property were taken? They should be dated stamped?

In the EagleView link I used yesterday you could select the date. Previously the RV had been parked in the main drive as shown in Google Earth.

Just my HO here, but I wouldn't read too much into the cancer bit. In (apparent) cover of getting rid of all his possessions, he seemed to tell lots of different people lots of different things: that he had a cancer diagnosis, that he was retiring, that he was going camping with the dogs, etc.

All of these excuses seem like another way of saying "I won't be around for too much longer owing to my plan to kill myself with this bomb I've been working on for months, and here's a cover for why that is...."
