The problem for me, is that sweet Summer was fast asleep in that video, OR she might have been unconscious or drugged? I don't really know what state she was in at that time. JMO

Yeah, it's always been a question mark. I do wonder know though, after all this time, why one of the boys wouldn't have said anything, if this was the case.

None of the timeline has been verified by police. In fact, very little has been verified at all. We know they were running errands that day and we have assumed that they have shown up on some cameras here and there, but again, nothing has been verified.

Agree. LE is not releasing a tighter timeline, that must be for a reason. For me the timeline is fine. There are times through out the day when nothing is eventful, so nothing to report other than doing things around the house.

I believe SW came home just fine. The theory I am now considering more is lost and not found. After reading so many posts here I am 50/50 on abduction and lost. Did she wander further than she had before, got lost and went in the wrong direction trying to find her way home?

The only ones I'm interested in listening to at this point are "H" or the Wells boys.

I think there will be another arrest in this case in the very (very) near future.

Excellent summary. That is all we know.

LE does not owe the public any explanations. LE will continue to investigate. LE is aware of what the boys know. LE knows thousands of times more information than we do about persons involved in Summer's final days. I have no doubt that when LE is confident they have enough to convict, an arrest will be made. Until then, we wait.

Nine months today, back in June/July I never would have thought that we would still be searching for answers.

I do wish that LE would come out and tell us some correct, believable information.

It is so sad how YTbers have turned this into a circus.

Well, I'm going to admit that I'm glad there are ytubers or we wouldn't know Jack about what is going on.

ah, I misspoke in associating DW's arrest with the case in general. Of course, to the best of our knowledge, it is unrelated. Thank you for pointing that out Chelly.

I understand that. It cements for me what RL said though. CW,and DW can say all they want about how horrid YT is,but they are the ones who went on YT,and CW continues to do so keeping the show going. Instead of doing an official presser,and making a united front with LE. For Summer Moon Utah Wells. That's who it's all about. MOO

JMO the brothers won’t speak unless they feel safe. If the parents are involved or any of their acquaintances they won’t step a toe out of line for fear of punishment. They could end up like Summer. Anything they have to say may be factual but without physical proof anything they say can be just here say. They may come forward but if what they say isn’t enough to lock up whoever is responsible then that’s their life on the line. They are kids. They are possibly terrified. Makes me think of Ariel Sellers and her siblings. The sister finally came forward but she felt like she could. Without risk to her and her siblings. Summer has been missing for way too long. I want to believe she’s alive out there but statistics say otherwise. I just want her sweet soul at rest and whoever did this held accountable.

I'm sure LE will continue to do a good job of anonymizing the info they offer up.
I speculate what they have to say is highly valuable in getting closer to answers, or at least posing new questions to consider. We haven't gotten much clarity from the adults.

Yup. Small house with parents who freely share their thoughts with strangers - those boys witnessed a lot. And plenty of kids will occasionally see a text not intended for their eyes. JMO.

just took another YT plunge...so many thoughts that don't line up.
I genuinely hold a lot of pity for everyone involved (one person not as much).. their lives seemed heavy and out of control. I worry thinking about what all of the children experienced and witnessed.. I'm really curious to know what DW was teaching his sons.. Hope they are now with some very loving and supportive foster families with healthy boundaries and an abundance of resources.
I genuinely see CBW as abused and confused. She is all alone now correct? I hope she gets help and support and is able to step forward and shed any light on what may have happened.

I think in my mind foul play is more likely given the social dynamics we've learned about.. but Occam's razor still points to accident either something on the property or her running off into the woods and getting hurt.
feral dogs, venomous snakes, objects and rocks all over the property, possible drugs, unsafe stairs.. etc etc

Maybe D and C are protecting someone else?

I think he needs to be heard,as well as the other children. I also believe they need to be protected, and kept safe. CPS,or DCSF, or whatever they call themselves best be doing the one,and only job they are tasked with. Hope they are keeping an eye on the show,and activities displayed. Judges too. Children's lives depend on those who wield the gavel, and the case workers. MOO
