No one here doubts that Casey has/is/does/will ... and continues to lie ... or [at the very least tells half truths]

But you know why that doesn't make her murderer? ... Cause it's been a life-long pattern ... At least according to her friends ... the sworn testament's of her friendships from at least high school graduation to now. state at least a theory of dishonesty?

Bottom line: KC is the ONLY one who knows what happened to her child. If she lies the baby into the grave, she's just as responsible as if she killed her.

I'm confused. Wasn't KC in jail not accepting visitors including her own family? That might have been a good time to go out and follow up on tips. I've wondered about the PI. How come we've never heard a word about what he's been doing? As he may be ex-LE himself, perhaps he's not good at his job either.

Let me also say, that I'm choosing to post this observation here, rather than on their own thread because they do not seem to address it over there. Hopefully, someone will reply.

For whatever reason, you feel LE is not addressing the tips the Anthony's have gotten on where Caylee is located or has been spotted. And that's okay, I'm not going to argue that or debate whether or not that's true.

If you don't feel they are taking it seriously or helping, why aren't you allowing other people who've offered their assistance with these tips assist?

Point here, way back on Page 17 of your thread, a poster mentioned that CA had mentioned Hatillo PR as being important. At that time I personally PM'd said poster and offered my assistance via clients I have throughout PR. No reply.

On Page 18 of same thread, another poster (one with an orange tshirt as her avvie) also offered her assistance through friends and family there. And on Page 20 of same thread, another poster offered her assistance through friends and family in PR.

Although I believe I have read every post on that thread (and, again, I admire your dedication to bringing Caylee back alive), I have yet to see a posted reply to any of us. You may have PM'd the other 2 and if so, I apologize. But I have never gotten a reply to my offer of assistance.

I'm sorry, but if you don't trust LE to follow up these leads, and you don't trust other WS posters to help...who's actually looking?

We can debate the alive or dead thing here til the horse cries for mercy. If she is alive as you so heartily believe, why don't you let someone help?

I think it was intentional murder, too.

I don't think Casey would use chloroform to make Caylee sleep. There are too many other safer, over the counter meds for that. I think she researched and got Chloroform to "humanely" put Caylee down.

But, I haven't seen any evidence to support that theory.
I couldn't vote guilty of premeditation based on the known facts.

I don't doubt that Caylee is gone though. I also think Casey acted alone.

I also think KC acted alone. I think she DID tell Lee what happened, and Lee told Cindy. Right after the three 911 calls.

I'm just wondering, based on the many who have posted their own disatifaction as to the tips they've presented to LE... what evidence do you have that they in fact are following up on these leads? Probably the same evidence that I have that they aren't!

*Perhaps Caylees family has chosen to stay home and hire an investigator instead.? Would you leave the daughter [despite what the world says] home alone to fend for herself, so you can go seek in an effort to please the public, or would you have others do the seeking for you?

I think it's odd that everyone claims to know what's going on behind closed doors here.

first, they decided to bail her out. she could be taken care of very well at jail while they could have taken out a loan (much the same as they did to get her bailed out) OR used the $ from donations to fund a search for caylee in the places they think she is. It speaks volumes that they instead choose to get a loan for bail and at the SAME time start a defense fund for kc. Let that tell you where there "heart is".

second, why would it be done just to "please the public" seems to me it would please the family too? Would that not be motivation enough to go oout and look for the child?

BTW-- The people who are being released years after being falsely imprisoned were mostly convicted before DNA technology was as good as it is, now.

BTW2-- Many juries ONLY go by evidence, not feelings. I was foreperson on a case where a violent couple was guilty of a lot of stuff. NOBODY was innocent. But, per the evidence, the defendant was not guilty of the PARTICULAR charge for which he was tried.

So, we let him go.

I think before most of us believe CA's "tips," we'd have to see some searching by the family.

Also, a lot of head cases are calling the family, just to talk to them. If people are actually calling from Hatillo with good information, why are they not calling the FBI, directly, instead of Cindy?

I've answered as many questions in that thread as I can(even though none were addressed to me directly) and freely admit that I have no concrete evidence, just hope.
I'm not one you PM'd either, but if you or anyone else has contacts in Puerto Rico(anywhere else for that matter), you certainly don't need anyone else's input on helping if they don't answer your pleas for specific contacts.
I want and appreciate any help offered to at least send the flyers and help get the word out.
It's obvious from another thread that news of Caylee isn't being broadcast heavily like on Nancy Grace

I think you also have to remember that CA and GA have done the wild goose chase thing with LE, too.

The were saying that they knew who had Caylee, and that she was close to the NC border, for awhile. George said he had these folks under surveillance.

And, Cindy told LE several different stories about different time periods, too. Like, she was unable to find and communicate with Casey, for a specific time period. Then, she said she heard from Casey every day, during the SAME time period.
