The kiss at the baseball game is so funny. She was blushing and Tommyboy gave her a lingering kiss. It seems like he is always putting on a show for people that they are this so inlove couple. How real can it be if he has so much to prove.

I was thinking the same thing...I'll start one, if you'll post what you find. :)

Sounds good to me, but I won't have time to do much until Sunday. Maybe we could gather info. as time permits in the next few days and then start a thread?? Would that be okay with you?

Miss Holmes, we KNOW Kate Hepburn and you are NO Kate Hepburn!

KATE Hepburn (doesn't Tom want Katie to be called "Kate?" - LOL) would tell that twit Tom Cruise where to stuff it, I'll tell ya!

Now she was a movie star! And she had brains, class and strength of will! Those two women share nothing but the same initials.

Eve
Amen, Sista'.

If this link has been posted before, I apologize. I googled on "Scientology site in desert" and came up with this site that is absolutely fascinating. I read it for over an hour.

It starts out with Celebrities linked to scientology and at the bottom are some more links for great reading, including what famous people say against Scientology. There's quite a bit about Tom Cruise and his marriages and divorces there. Great read!

http://www.factnet.org/Scientology/celebrities_con.html

<snip>

<H4 align=justify>Marriages and Divorces Arranged
Scientology actively helps arrange celebrities' divorces and marriages when Scientology deems them beneficial to Scientology.

Scientology arranged Tom Cruise's entire divorce from Mimi Rogers for no charge. The cult knows Cruise is dyslectic and has difficulty reading and so "convinced" him to let them handle his bookkeeping and the divorce from Mimi Rogers. Orchestrating this divorce was important to Scientology because Rogers was disaffected from Scientology; thus it was in Scientology's interest to distance Cruise from her. In managing the divorce for Cruise, Scientology still had enough influence over Mimi Rogers to convince her to accept a relatively paltry $10 million for the settlement.
</H4>This site is an anti-cult site. Lots of good info there.

I just read this little tidbit in the NYPost, it is so funny. "Park Duo Ridicule Cruise". Viacom may have folded under the pressure of Hollywood bully Tom Cruise and pulled the rerun of the "Trapped in the closet" episode of "South Park" from the air Wednesday night over a Scientology joke- but series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone will not be silenced. In a statement sent via their lawyer Kevin Morris, the duo who were told by Viacom to keep quiet, mocked the sci-fi faith thusly: "So,Scientology, you may have one This battle, but the million-year war for the earth has just begun! Temporarily anozinizing our episode will Not stop us from keeping Thetans trapped in your pitiful man-bodies. Curses and drat! You have obstructed us for now, but your feeble bid so save humanity will fail!!! Hail Xenu!!! They signed the statement, "Trey Parker and Matt Stone, servants of the dark lord Xenu.

I agree...Brooke Shields is really awesome. I am so glad she and others have spoken out about PP depression.

I don't think we'll be seeing much of Tom in the future. He's become very unpopular. Who would risk putting him in a movie?

Tom should have never spoke about her like that especially publically, Is he smoking something?

I was so mad when I tuned in to watch this episode and it didn't come on. I couldn't belive it.

I saw it the first time and it was so funny. Brightened my day.

Leave it to Matt Stone and Trey Parker to take on Cruise and Scientology.

A little more than the other articles that we have read. Boy, these guys are really out for blood - I LOVE IT!

Isaak Hayes (Scientologist) quit doing voice-overs for South Park, saying the shows were offensive in regard to religion. I like this, though:

On Monday, Stone told The Associated Press, "This is 100 percent having to do with his faith in Scientology...He has no problem, and he's cashed plenty of checks, with our show making fun of Christians."

Kinda like Cruise on medical knowledge. "NO NO" to depression meds but fine to buy a sonogram machine for repeated use at home!

Ain't it always that way! Always depends on "whose ox is gored!"

Wonder what the S's policy is on taking pictures of one of their OWN kind.

They can't be ALL bad can they, the S's? All normal folks have good and bad within their hearts imop. Wouldn't it be great if all people that have bad in em, would automatically grow a wart on their nose, for each count of bad?

Would not need all those security guards at the airport then, er huh?

You could lose your job if you had three or four on yer nose. Plastic surgeons would make a whole lot of $$$$$.

Economy would flourish.
