ITA, I believe that the whole idea of putting someone into prison is for punishment, in other words, a prisoner is not suppose to like it!!!!!!!
Excellent, informative video- it really opened my eyes.
Thank you for posting it, O.L.G.
I think if LE wants to talk about the weather, and TC request his attorney, they have to comply!
Not true, Maryann.
Oh I think they DO have to comply. At the very least, they need to stop any line of questioning.
The one on people with mental illness in jails is a good one too!
See, IMO cops are tricky in how they approach that law too.. if you say "I want my lawyer" but then continue to talk to them.. they aren't doing anything wrong. If you ask for the lawyer but still answer questions, those answers can be used against you. You gotta ask for a lawyer and then shut up in order for the request to be binding.
You're right as to the temperature but broadening all the circumstances and feeding habits to get a clear view of the situation.
He's taking lawyer speak to a whole new level-the level that doesn't make any sense. But he might be saying that the body just lay there until the alligators were ready, but he might not be. who knows....That's morbid, I know, but they're the ones who opened that can of worms, & backed themselves into a corner. Do you think Werter is being so careful with words, because he wants as little on record as possible? trying to leave a little wiggle room? Personally, I think he knows that Tommy's story needs some fine tuning, (major overhaul), so he's trying to leave room to avoid being locked into an exact account. Most of you probably already know, but Tommy's attorney James Werter has opened a channel at YouTube called "werterlaw". He has had a running dialogue for the past few days seemingly to promote Tommy's claims and postion. I posted a few comments that essentially amounted to "Tommy lied about the alligators and failed his polygraph, why should I believe anything he says?"
This is the his reply to me:
WTH? Is there anyone who can translate this shuck and jive mumbo jumbo into something that I can understand?
maybe he's saying that it's not out of the realm of possibility, that there could've been that one exception to the rule, & an alligator was feeding that night. So we need to broaden our narrow minded thinking, when it comes to mother nature, & accept that possibility. ummm, but if he is...that's gonna be a hard sale. Most of you probably already know, but Tommy's attorney James Werter has opened a channel at YouTube called "werterlaw". Well, I'll accept his one rogue alligator who defied all known biological characteristics for the specie IF he can explain how ONE alligator fits into his client's oft repeated version of so many alligators they "swamped the dock" and "looked like Lake Placid" during the fishing trip with Cousin Joe who was only here for 2 weeks during the coldest time of the year.

Do you have a link for that one? Do you know if it is at CMF?
I disagree, but I'm not going to argue the law - that's why we have lawyers.
