Hi eunice! I don't know if you ever took part in the thread when Exit13 posted? He was a friend and roommate of one of Casey's close friends, and he knew Annie very well. I am sure you can find that thread if you would like to go over it. Anyhow, when Exit was posting, he refused to answer certain things, many things actually, even when pressed. But everyone was perfectly courteous to him...and he KNEW Casey in REAL life and could enlighten us far more than Mr. Padilla could ever hope to...so I am just confused by the attitudes directed toward him, my own included at times...I think it is repressed anger that we harbor because he A.) Bailed her out in the first place and B.) Had nice things to say about some people whom we have come to know INTIMATELY through all of this are NOT nice people...

So we put the screws to him...Myself included at times, but for me, respectfully...I told him some stories to show MY point of view on the subject and left it there at his feet. What he does with it from that point is squarely in HIS corner and no longer an issue for me...I said my piece told my tale and moved right on down the line...We here are emotionally vested in this case, and we are passionate about it and there is not a thing wrong with it. Tony is a grown man and fully capable of dealing with our passion or not...again, that falls squarely in his corner...we cannot force him to come back, and there is no use running away either. If he does come back you should not exclude yourself but just remember to be kind and all will be well...:blowkiss:

Honestly, I'm struggling to see where anyone has been unkind. Could we have an example please?

I wish I had asked TP who exactly this buddy was. Oh well.

It's not on the tape. They cut the tape off at that point. LP did not want to reveal his name. I really doubt TP would have told us the name of the NY contact.

Just a thought- Maybe Cindy and George are working with LE? For a little while at the start of the case I thought that was what they were doing..she gets bailed out of jail, they get her home to try and get her to "talk" by pretending they are on her side. I can't help it, I just keep saying to myself "they really act like they want her convicted". They say they love their daughter and believe in her yet every time they open their mouths they cause more and more damage to her defense. .

Anyway, it's just a thought and is probably dead wrong! LOL

For what it's worth, I didn't take his comment to mean this at all. He answered this question:

"Something good or less incriminating about Casey."

with this response

"Really nothing about Casey."

Which I do not believe should be taken as "has nothing to do with KC". I believe he means it will not be about Casey specifically. That's just MOO.

I am still trying to figure out why this topic is such a hot button. TP has generally supplied decent information and I appreciate that. Some new, some old, but information nonetheless.
I mean he has told us what he can and let us know there is more to come.
That is more than I expected actually.

Sometimes it's hard to tell what info is what especially since a week or so ago Tony mentioned he was writing a book as he took lots of notes and then days later came back indicating he really wasn't writing a book.

WS is based on fact, links and prove it in order to make sure what we are discussing is what it is.

So many times we have heard through the media "sources" said this as we wait on the edge of our seats waiting for the info only for the info to be nothing at all.

Perhaps this is why it became such a "hot topic". :crazy:

So TP has an interesting story(that he will talk about later..or not LOL) about how "they" were treated by LE, but then asked the question about NS he says that he respects what they do, something to that effect. I wonder if this is all about how OCSO handled everything and that is why LP is in touch with JB. Could be wrong just an observation from reading over this thread. Sounded to me like TP liked the FBI guys but may have been treated poorly by OCSO. Did anyone else get this impression?

ETA..maybe TP will come back with a different screen name and post his bombshell LOL..hint, hint.

Not this time, but on a different day he was posting recently he said something to the effect that more and more about TRACY will be revealed in the coming weeks. What did we think that would be?

That was me but It wasn't a question even though Tony answered it as such. I was being humorous when I said something good about Casey. That's the only thing that would surprise me at this point. I was referencing the shocking, surprised comments. In our conversations here with Tony I have just addressed him like I would any poster here.

Many questions posed to Tony are things he couldn't possibly know. Others have been asked and answered 20 times over. Stating opinions and theories are very different for him than for us. I believe he just wants to be here like the rest of us and for the same reasons. I believe the book comment was meant as a joke.

IIRC Tony made the comment about more to come when we were discussing the Tracey and RD tapes. He wasn't able to discuss that either but we found out and were content. By him giving us the heads up and stating that again he could not discuss it seems perfectly fine to me. Too many people here jonesing.

I was here for the entirety of TP's presence yesterday and noticed the tone change as soon as he left.

I was happy to have the opportunity to ask him questions. He answered the ones he could and I at least verified that he didn't overhear or have some third party information about a couple things that have been burning in my feeble mind.
No doubt he may have been overwhelmed by the intense interest in his prescence (pro and con) but I was surprised that a bailbondsman/bounty hunter type who is exposed daily to a harsher element of society would be so sensitive to the criticism of the few who chose to prod a little deeper.
I personally liked it better when he was here and available to chat with. Those who didn't should have changed threads or lurk if there wasn't anything productive to post.

Woe.be.gone, you know I like you and appreciate your posts, so to answer all with similar questions, I'm quoting yours. I tell my children they have Christmas presents coming and even display wrapped packages under the tree without telling them what's in them. Sometimes I won't tell near perfect hubby what's for dinner but let him know it's going to make him happy.

Tony letting us know something is coming out is something that I find to be similar to a forewarning that there is to be a doc dump. We don't complain that the person notifying of an impending doc dump isn't explaining everything to be released, kwim? I don't fault him for letting us know in advance that something is about to break even if he can't discuss what it is.

As for the "I hope so" comment that put off some posters, well, that's where tone/inflection really helps. I read that to mean that his source is not one that would normally be questioned. Like, 'Is Commander Irwin reliable?' 'I hope so!'

I suspect and hope Tony will reconsider. There were a few things going on that would have offended me were those things being written about me but I'd like to think that I'd come back to discuss anyway and to dispute the nonsense.

Well do you blame him? The guy NEEDS a lawyer. He would be an idiot not to have one. And another thing - as far as I know TL has never spoken to the media. They have hounded him and hounded him and he never spoke. His friends and room mate gave interviews but I don't beleive Tony has. I think he's held up pretty well all things considering.

Exactly!

He cooperated fully for a long time. He's finally got a lwayer, which everybody pretty much needs, in this case.

Folks, EVERYTHING isn't a cause for suspicion. Some things are personal, others are just common sense.
