Tony Padilla part 2

When someone on these boards who may know more about a subject then I do comes by and allows me to question them, I will tell them that I am so happy to hear from them, that I really appreciate them taking time to answer our questions, that they were a help, etc.

I do that because I really want them to come back – Not because I agree with them, or like them, but because I read these Websleuths forums because I really like being an amateur sleuth. I really want to solve the case, even if it is only for my own satisfaction. And the more sources I can glen information from, the better able I am to do so.

If anyone connected to the case, even people I have come to intensely dislike post here, like JB or CA I would do the same.

I assume other posters who are thanking TP feel the same as I. I doubt any poster here is “card carrying member of the Tony Fan Club”, or even a non-card carrying member of his fan club, and I resent that just because I will bend over backward to be nice to him, that some posters seem to believe I am not looking at what he is saying objectively but are in the midst of a juvenile crush.

Without benefit of facial expressions, tone of voice, etc. it's hard to tell at times where people are coming from.

I for one, sometimes sense arse kissing or what sounds like that to me. (I'm not saying that to you). My husband always said "I don't benefit from yes men - I benefit from those who help me see things from a new angle and then I make a decision." I guess I even felt I was around "yes women" at times as an Army wife and was turned off by disingenuous people.

Sometimes it's not clear where or why people say what they do around here as you pointed out in an earlier post.

I'm one of those WSers who almost always missed TP's posts while he was online - either I wasn't online or was reading something else only to find out that he had been here and I'd missed again. But from time to time, I would do a search of all of his posts and read anything I'd missed and I have read every post he's ever made on here and I am so disappointed to read that he isn't coming back. Like others, I do hope he will reconsider. Honestly, I usually scan through the threads he has posted in and read only the ones he posted so I don't really know exactly what led to his "final post" but I am very sad that it happened. I don't know if he will come back or ever read this post, but...

TP, if you do read this, I hope you know that some of us - I think most of us - appreciated your participation and have tremendous respect for you and I, for one, never questioned your motives for posting here nor ever doubted that what you were sharing was truthful. And one more thing - I have also appreciated your posts regarding GA & CA as I have had similar thoughts regarding them and the horrible situation that they are in. I do not understand everything they have said or done, but often found myself in disagreement with some here at WS about topics relating to the A's. It was good to hear from someone like you who had actually met them.

I miss you already. PLEASE COME BACK.

Am I missing something? Tony never said he was leaving...he said he'll be back.

You're missing something. He quit. I miss him, already, too.

I was SO looking forward to being educated re: his industry! DANG!

I merely jumped in here to explain what truths and inaccuracies are surrounding the case. Not to stir up the waters as you say. Again I really respect this forum. However it seems that numerous people think differently about my coming here (liking the A's, throwing LP under the bus, working for the defense, not filing a complaint and so on). I was just trying to give you answers to what I knew to be true. Not try to have everybody sitting on pins and needles waiting for the big "bombshell". That was not my intent. So after reading and thinking about some accusations and horrible theories , this will be my last post and I am done here. Sorry if this upsets anybody but that way I dont have to defend myself or get everybody in a frenzy. I have never lied on any of my posts but it's obvious people think I have an agenda here so that's enough for me.

No, it's just that you dangled carrots - you say you know something we don't/can't know right now. We are all hungry for information that would shed light on the case and you told us you have some but won't tell us what it is. Why not just sit on it quietly and come back and discuss it when it is revealed legitimately?

Didn't Tricia mention this earlier?
The explanation sounded valid to me

3. Who was present in the office or room when you signed the document?

Thanks!

The only question of mine that was answered by Tricia was the 1st one.

(sorry not sure how to double quote?!)

#258

When Tony signed his document it was notarized properly. The notary was there and put her stamp on it.

Tracey and Rob's signatures were not notarized at the time of signing. Yet, later, the notary's stamp was on the signatures.

Leonard does not remember if his signature was notarized properly or not.

The reason I was asking Tony these questions is because I could not remember if he stated his was notarized (forgot Tricia's post) but I did recall that Tracy stated that her signature was NOT notarized, so wondered if they were all in the room together signing at one time, and if Tracy was there, why the notary did not sign to prove her signature.

This may be more for Tony to base a complaint on. He may not have a copy but he does have Tracy's interview with LE stating that her signature was NOT notarized, then he may have something to back up his claim with BAR that the document Baez submitted to court was phony.

I am really not sure what you all were expecting. I think this guy just wanted to come online and talk about what he could and answer questions for those interested.
Thx JBean for pointing that out. I'm kinda surprised he's answered some questions at all, lawyers' advice or not. He's given us a heads up tip that important info is abt to be released.
He must really like it here!

:woohoo:

Like Casey WAS a hooker? 🤬🤬🤬🤬 queen? Something along those lines that these guys could have uncovered themselves?

He already answered some of this. He said it was signed in Jose's office and it was notarized.

Okay, wait, maybe I am confused. Was it Tracy and LP who met him in the office complex building that was mentioned earlier and that is where THEY signed the agreement?

And then TP went to Baez office to draw up a separate agreement and signed his there?

Cause that would make sense as to why Tracy's was not notarized, but his was....

LOL, at this point the dude is damned if he do and damned if he don't. I think he was just trying to hang and chat with those that understand most of the case.
IMO, perhaps he was letting us know that there is more and possibly assumed that since we all understand a lot of the ins and outs of these cases we would understand that he cannot reveal it. Maybe he just wanted to let you all know there really was more coming out and that we don't know everything yet.

Oh my goodness.

Thanks...it's a d*mn shame.

correction I think he USED to like it here. This is a tough room.

Sorry, I haven't read all the way back if this question was already asked, mods/admins please delete...TY..

I was wondering if the Anthony's truly think there is a nanny involved?

CA seemed to back up KC's phanthon phone call as well from Caylee on July 15th from an unidentifiable number as well as all those false Caylee sightings all over the country...

It seems to me CA (the most) seems to feel since she doesn't know what happened, how Caylee died, there must be some glimmer of hope on her part that her daughter isn't involved or why would she harp on the zanny theory and put Jesse out there with a motive...IMO, it's all smoke and mirrors and it's about how CA is perceived as a mother..remember those rose colored glasses?

Also I remember how GA and his friends had the kidnappers under surveillance and will put together this covert operation to rescue Caylee...:bang:

Thanking in advance...
LLL...Were you asking TP this question? Hopefully he'll be back on soon to answer your question!
:)
