It appears as though Scott McIntyre believes that the person RF was speaking of in his famous drunken rant video was him. RF on the other hand has a different take on his rant. He claims he was mimicking Hulk Hogan.

“At one point Mayor Ford holds the glass cylinder to his mouth. Lights the lighter and applies the flame to the tip of the glass cylinder in a circular motion,” the document states.

“After several seconds, Mayor Ford appears to inhale the vapour which is produced, then exhale vapour.”

The video ends with Ford looking into the recording device and then dropping the glass cylinder.

“He briefly points at the camera and asks if it’s on,” the document states.

Police say the video was recorded on the evening of Feb. 17, 2013 — the Sunday of Family Day weekend, no less — and present were convicted drug trafficker Elena Basso and alleged gang members Siad and Liban Siyad.

The fifth video is a 25-second clip of Siad recording himself. “That’s how you catch a person slipping or even a mayor smoking crack,” he boasts according to police.

I've been trying to avoid this topic for a while now, however.... when I saw Ben Johnson's name associated with his campaign, well I pretty much spit my drink out through my nose.

A few years back, my sons were involved in competitive track during their high school years (with one of them going to world trials) and, on occasion, they would compete at an event where Ben Johnson would show up, with a couple of 'coachlings' under his wing (supposedly). My sons' coach would be beside himself in horror, as he was the antithesis of Ben Johnson. I have to say I found it funny, as I know that my sons and their teammates couldn't care less about BJ, and operated on a completely different moral level.

To now see that BJ is supporting Rob Ford is almost too priceless for words. :floorlaugh: They deserve each other.

A second video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford smoking what has been described as crack-cocaine by a self-professed drug dealer was secretly filmed in his sister’s basement early Saturday morning.

The clip, which was viewed by two Globe and Mail reporters, shows Mr. Ford taking a drag from a long copper-coloured pipe, exhaling a cloud of smoke, his right arm convulsing. The footage is part of a package of three videos the dealer said was surreptitiously filmed around 1:15 a.m., and which he says he is now selling for “at least six figures.”

So it was the dealer who filmed him not his sister.
