I was just checking this out. Looks like it was something he said in 2013. Wonder why someone is bringing it up now?

From what I gather, the Aboriginal women have been up in arms about it since it happened but no one cared until now.

Well it's a good thing they're finally being heard. I've been a fan of TDS for many years, but stopped watching when Jon left. Never got a good vibe from Trevor Noah, too smug and condescending, no compassion to go with the humor.

He's going on tour in Australia.

That is incredible. I wonder what he is going to do about this.

I think they are called the First Nation nowadays.

Australia has huge issues .

I think they are called First Australians. The First Nations people are Canadian Indians.

It's never really an apology for the act, it's an apology for getting caught.

Did he apologize? That's news to me.

You're right.

I guess it is unrealistic to expect a South African whose mother is black to understand anything at all about how people of color are treated.

Or perhaps it is unrealistic to expect a MAN to understand anything at all about how women are treated.

I've never found Trevor Noah to be funny. He was a poor choice to replace Jon Stewart.

I don't care how many years ago he made fun of Aboriginal women or how adamantly he now apologizes - after his vile racist views have been exposed - he clearly thought it was funny then and he's only apologizing now, IMO, because he's been exposed.

Hit the road Trevor - you weren't funny then and you're not funny now. You never deserved to follow in Jon Stewart's footsteps.
