I've only watched two televised trials in my life-- Casey Anthony's and this one. <snip>

Also, note that whenever Jodi stands for the jury's entrance/exit, she is about 2" taller than her Defense attorney, yet when seated Jodi is several inches lower than her (as NG loves to point out).

Someone posted a video about the strangler who faked Dissociative personality disorder. He fooled 3/4 of the psychologists he encountered. One later came out as believing he was lieing because the DR had started working in a prison and he basically said that prison is a place so conducive to lieing its nonsensical to come out of it without being suspicious.

As a side note, since it was brought up many times in that video, Rorschach testing has been totally discredited as pseudo-science since that time. If you encounter a shrink that still does that, RUN!

Just popping in to share my random thought while listening to parts of InSession today......... if the pics really did come from jodi's computer then that OPENS THE DOOR for the search warrant to be admitted into evidence, since they will have to establish the hard drive from the laundry basket --- and that means, the jury will hear about the knives found and her looking like she was about to high tail it outta town!

I don’t have much to base this on, but IMO, it’s possible that TA came on really strong in the beginning of the relationship and JA believed their relationship was going to become permanent. He had so much to offer her that there wasn’t anything she wouldn’t do to catch him. Thinking that, she did her best to please him and become everything he could possibly want in a good Mormon wife. That being said, when he decided that she wasn’t marriage material she still continued to want more and used all her wiles to catch him while pretending the sexual relationship was ok. It’s my belief that she built up so many resentments against him, especially when he openly courted other women, that she finally made a last ditch effort and when that failed she had more in store for him than he expected. I believe this was a last ditch effort, a planned anger killing ready to be implemented if he didn’t commit to her.

JustMe84... what you said above is partly what I was saying in my earlier post. And if it means the media suspends the WTFs and OMGs to entertain "wait a minute, Travis was cheating... maybe it was self-defense to drive 1,000 miles and stab him 27 times, etc" it sells more advertising, but is really repulsive. I get that everyone deserves a fair trial, and the defense has their role. But I think Casey Anthony's and Baez's level of fantasy/speculation has opened doors before unopened... and the Media has discovered that the CA outcome and Defense styled "Bigfoot took my baby"... is a great business model.

I took your post to mean that they were siding with the defense. I guess I misunderstood. They arent really siding. Just willing to use whatever they can to get attention.

The media loves it because it makes the story more interesting but I do not think that they are stating that hes not guilty because of it. Truthfully I think the only people more eager to dirty up Travis Alexander than Jodi's defense is the media. Not because they want her to walk but they want viewers at any cost.

Well, that makes sense since the State has pretty much proven it was premeditated and the public seems to be accepting that so now media comes up with some bombshell news even though it has not been presented in court yet. Then if it's disproven it's quickly forgotten and not mentioned again and they are ready to move on to other things. That's the media. jmo

From the court minutes:

The State presented evidence that the victim was first shot on the right side of his head near his eye with a .25 caliber handgun and that the bullet lodged in his left cheek. This wound was not fatal and may or may not have rendered the victim unconscious. The victim did not remain unconscious based on the infliction of the other wounds and the location of blood spatter evidence in the bathroom sink and blood in the hallway. In addition, the defendant told the police that the victim was unconscious after being shot but then crawled around and was stabbed.

Hmmm...if he was unconscious, how did he manage to crawl around down the hall and stand at the sink and bleed?

JA could have downloaded a virus while on TA's computer or Travis could have opened a virus from an email from Jodi. Jodi's drive would stay in her computer unless both JA and TA had compatible computers, Jodi removed her hard drive and put it in Travis's computer. seems unlikely

so this proxy server thing, in my opinion they better have found something better than girls in boy shorts. I mean plenty of guys have underwear preferences. Heck I will admit I prefer boxers to briefs. I guess I am a deviant.

If they don't come out with some very naughty ( as in illegal or violent) things on there this whole witness will be junk too.

was there an instructional on how to beat someone without leaving evidence? no

IMO psychiatry is expensive and insurance companies would much rather pay a GP

I find it intolerable when children without benefit of a meaningful psychological work up are prescribed medications IMO willy nilly.
