This is correct. A hung jury will result in a mistrial. A jury has to convict her. However, if the aggravation/sentencing phases don't pan out after two sets of juries, the judge rules and the most the judge can administer is LWOP.

So, she will get LWOP no matter what? I hope so!

A jury can still apply a lesser sentence (life with possibility of parole), and so can the judge. The jury could even find her guilty of a lesser crime, like second degree murder. That's a minimum of 10 and max of 25 years.

I agree with you. Although we are seeing the most private photos of TA's life from intimate shots he assumed would stay between them (oh to be young and naive again) and the crime photos some blurred and well, some not blurred I found. I would say the same. If something like that happened to me, I'm ok with people knowing and seeing. That would be part of life and getting justice. Will there be some immature people that just crave seeing things like that. Sure...

I better start working out. See that's what I'm worried about already. I would ask in advance that if anyone knows that happens to me, you pay the crime scene photog to at least make me look thinner.

And truthfully when I see the photos I'm not really associating them to the TA that is smiling and standing by a waterfall on vacation, or his arm around his sister? For some reason I separate the two scenes. I see TA in the shower dead but that's not really him? And I feel anger more than anything, I am not thinking boy he doesn't look good. It's more sadness and how can someone possibly do this to a person.

The additional photos I have seen look more like she was trying to dismember him. I don't think I can be shocked by anything, and then I am.

It looks like someone took one of the shower photos of Travis with his slit throat and computer edited it and this person is asking $2,000 for it. This should be reported to Ebay. That's not even the account that Jodi's mom is selling from, is it?
