Well then I've let this charity know who is associating with them. It certainly tarnishes them. They may know nothing about this.

supposed to be Travis using it. She was an ex and the defense

The crime scene photos are still online. I believe it was the autopsy photos that were accidentally available for a short time.

yes, exactly what i said. I was responding to Polleypockets, just explaining that the accidentally posted photos were autopsy photos, not the crime scene photos.

Agree, his legs are not crossed. The shower is so small that he appears to be crammed in there. That's one of the reasons this photo has always made me go HUH?

I think about how hard it would be to easily and quickly rise back up from that position. Nothing to grab on to but wet walls. I think somehow Jodi got him in that position--whether it was part of her "photo shoot" or she had a weapon on him already and he was going along with her.

For the longest time, I couldn't make sense of his leg - even if it were crossed. Then one time I looked at it in different lighting - zam. It is not crossed. He is sitting with his heel close to his rear, and that is the calf of the same thigh. Look again, and see if you can see it. (I need to be validated lol)

ETA - forgot the first part. I noticed the "bruise" or whatever on his neck too.

It's not a crossed leg. His right foot is flat on the shower floor and his knees are pulled up. The top part of the photo is not there, but it is the top of his knee. His calves and thighs are just large.

I think there's something wrong with TA which is why he's sitting down in the shower. He doesn't look right to me. I think she had already done something to him at that point.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but the photo I'm viewing does not show his head, just from the chest down. Is that the same photo ya'll are referring to? If not could you provide a link? TIA :wave:

Yes that's the same photo. And I agree with you. I don't think a neat guy like TA would be sitting on a shower drain. And I agree his posture is odd to me too.

Nah, it's almost certainly just him sitting there with his legs bent. I even did a demonstration:



Granted, the camera isn't at the perfect angle and it's not a few feet back like JA was, but close enough for government work.
