i know - and every one is entitled to their opinion - i just don't think using such a horrible pic of a murdered man would pass the WWJD test - and especially to jump on this band wagon because of the trial publicity - i'm sorry but this pic and at this time and saying it is for gods work - it has just sent me over the edge :furious:

I think people have concluded that this charity is being used by the seller, not that they are the ones doing the selling.

I think we have been told not to talk about the Mormon religion, so I think it is fair not to take a stand on what these people feel is their religion,

Until we know differently, I am going with the idea that they are innocent pawns in this fiasco. I could be wrong, of course. How would I know,

Apparently she's agreed to do that according to her post upthread, yes.

omg! he finally booked some one with a brain and is an eloquent speaker to boot? idk if he will know what to do?? - but if hln had a brain - she should have another job offer soon :)

i no - i'm sorry its not the religion i am so upset about - its some one trying to make a profit on this tradegy in the name of religion - or that its one more thing poors ta's family has endure - if this doesn't get removed - god knows how many other will attempt it :(

Gotta hit the hay guys...let's hope that listing is down by morning. And that lister gets some kind of sanctions over it. I've written ebay, this charitable organization via their site and posted on their FB page (as did someone else..thank you!).

Strength in numbers.

Big day tomorrow..I will be in court all day then Dr. Drew after (way way way out of my comfort zone and I'm extremely nervous but he pleaded with me to do it so I agreed after saying no the first time). Hope everyone who's been sick feels better by tomorrow. :seeya:

:offtobed:

Nite. Good luck tomorrow.

Ya know how they say sometimes criminals hold on to certain things because they are like trophies? I feel like she thinks that pic is her trophy bc it's the last one of him before he started to die and she was in complete control. SICK B---!

PS it's really not funny, but only JA would have a feral cat for a pet!!

Agree!

Have to admit I LOL'D at your PS.

Hi! In lurk mode nursing my cold. Upset about the pic up for auction too.

Can anybody help???
Does court start at the regular time 10:30 AZ time tomorrow?
Do we have a full Mon - Thurs this week?

I was told court would be in session tomorrow and will start at 10:30 a.m. (Mountain Time)
Now, what time they'll actually start is anybody's guess. :giggle:

Checking the court docket it looks like Monday: 10:30 a.m., Tuesday: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday: 10:30 a.m., Thursday: 10:30 a.m.
Here's the link to the schedule: https://www.superiorcourt.maricopa....lList.asp?ID=3604&startdate=2/4/2013&length=7

Nah, it's almost certainly just him sitting there with his legs bent. I even did a demonstration:

Granted, the camera isn't at the perfect angle and it's not a few feet back like JA was, but close enough for government work.

Thank you for doing this! I apologize that I missed those pages, y'all.

I'm still not sure I agree, though. The calf makes sense, but wouldn't Travis have to have an awfully long kneecap to make sense with that calf?

Since you can see so much of the top curve of his right leg, I still think crossed legs makes the most sense. It's too curved for the knee to work, imho. Meanwhile, I tried it and my left foot can definitely stay flat on the floor with my right crossed over similar to how I think his was.

His right leg and where the knee is is weird regardless in that pic, I think, though. Is that bit of white in the corner really something else, maybe? I thought it showed the outline of the curve of his thigh, but maybe it's a worn picture edge or something. ????

He is not cross legged. His right foot is flat on the shower floor.

Hopefully this will help :)

ETA: He is in the same position, I won't say same photo since the other one has a pen in it.
Same crime scene photo though, this is just the photo with the time stamp, so it is lower.

I reported it as well under "The listing graphically portrays, glorifies, or attempts to profit from human tragedy or suffering"

I was shocked to see that................
After trying to remember my password and then having to wait for a password reset, I have finally been able to report it to Ebay too. I used the same reason you chose. :furious:

You are awesome! What a perfect recreation, I couldn't figure out how his leg was positioned until now.

Thank you!

How can you tell that's his right foot and not his left, though?

I sent the seller a question as well. I'll report back if they respond to me.

Dear kitty61443,

This is an image of Travis Alexander with his throat slit, nearly decapitating him. Why would you encourage a murderess by trying to profit off a cold blooded murder?

Look at the picture, its flat. No way can a guy sit cross legged and put his opposite foot flat on the floor, especially in an enclosed small shower.

That's much nicer then what I was going to send.

for some reason when i post this link it doesn't always go to jodi's page - but if you click criminal cases - put jodi name in the search - it will give you her entire case history (which explains why it took 4 years to get to court) and if you scroll to the bottom - it gives her court sched.

Oh, OK. I have no problem at at all doing that, but I'm flexible and not a guy :)

I'm still listening to the interrogation tape after arrest.. I can't believe she talks about how her CTR ring doesn't fit on her finger anymore after the female ninja cut her with the knife.

She has no soul!!!

I agree. My body just doesn't bend that way, and if I force it certain features of my body don't appreciate it at all.

Most guys can't even sit indian style... lol

I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure JM said it's his right leg when he showed the pic in court. That's the anklebone on the outside of his right foot.
