They skirt around issues because they are LYING ... its self serving behaviour!

So he believes, before the interaction even begins, that the client is telling the whole truth...

FAIL. Next witness!

this darn job of time is so intrusive sometimes...

So, pls someone, is the PP in? All of it? Is his testimony limited? Can he testify about the crime scenes and types of murders? Please tell me!!!!!

She seriously has NO concept of proper social interactions in any setting. She has no idea (or doesn't care?) how bad that appears.

she's just play acting the foggy victim again..badly

So... this guy has worked with sex offenders, vaginas, and police officers. How versatile.

I wouldn't let him scrub my toilet. And I mean that literally. No metaphor there.

And decides child custody cases. :furious: Those court appointed evaluations are money makers for the attorneys, courts and the "shrinks". To think this unusual person would hold the power over where a child should reside, makes me sick!

Wouldn't this be classified as "having help with her mental issues"? I think that was one of the jury questions.

JA just sneaked something out of her orange file!

moo

I absolutely cannot wait to read in court observers thoughts on the jury today regarding this quack on the stand

There is a way to toot your own horn, and then there is a way to TOOT YOUR OWN HORN! I already don't like this guy.

It's also important to note that this expert only reviews what her attys want him to review in coming to his opinion.

When she started talking to him she was still pushing the Ninja story. Can't wait to hear his experience of her moving into this one. Bet JM is champing at the bit. I hope he's decided she has a PD too.

Stay focused on the big picture, folks.

All the elements that go to premeditation days before the slaughter.

All the elements of post-crime coverup.

All of it. The jury has seen this all up close and personal. They will have the evidence right at hand during deliberations. You give me a randomly selected group of folks who will overwhelmingly agree that those wounds in Travis's back were created by an attacker who was in "self defense mode," and I will gladly sell you a bridge in Arizona.
And we have one, it's the London Bridge. :-)

Why did he see JA AFTER he wrote his report - if not to alter his findings?

And why was JM not given any/all new findings before this morning?

  • #1,537
LOL! This jury is SO SICK of hearing her talk about her stupid life - so they're NOT interested in hearing this guy try to interpret all the BS they just had to endure! I'd be hard pressed to hide my disgust if I were sitting there!

JA thinks this is her ticket to an acquittal... she is getting the smug look again.

Juror Q: How in the heck did u "test hypotheses"?

  • #1,540
"Do you use any clinical, ummm, things?"
Oh, Wilmott, we had such hope you'd at least be literate...
