This is so unprepared, very shoddy of the defense. I totally believe it now, Nurmi just is looking to expand his paycheck. And this judge...why is she letting the defense get up to this nonsense?

If I was on this jury I'd be furious later to know how the defense has wasted their time with all this fumbling.
