What utter cr&p. It didn't take her years to confront things. It took her years to get her story straight!

  • #283

Jodi said almost the exact same thing while on the stand.

Hmm making up stories to not get called is PSTD huh?

Does this mean every 5 yr old caught with hand in cookie jar & says not me actually has PSTD?

BTW he said: Me & Mr Nurmi took several meetings to help her come to terms (trainslation: create this bullchit story/excuse)

WOW Gem of a witness here!

bbm - YES.. This is what I thought we would expect to see from someone with PTSD. I suppose they will try to explain her lack of response away by saying she's experiencing some dissociation? I guess? But I don't see how they can have it every way. They can't just diagnose every dispicable part of her character away with a DSM diagnosis. Well, I'm sure they can, but it won't fly.
I don't have PTSD but I've seen it in action. I've also seen a very similar physiological response in abuse survivors who haven't been DX'd as PTSD too. I called it a visceral response but its like what you are all describing. You're confronted with a memory of something that happened to you and your body literally just takes over. You can't even begin to help it.

She doesn't exhibit even that in my estimation.

Is this all just to explain her lies after the murder??????????/

.

Travis Alexander was stabbed in the back and in the back of the head.

His hands and arms were sliced open when he tried to shield himself from the attacking torture-murderess.

Mr. Samuels, JW, and JA, I'll tell you what you can do with your PTSD...

  • #294
If she has PTSD as a result of murdering Travis, then how is it relevant to her defense?

  • #295
All Juan has to ask:

JM- Can everything you've been describing to this jury Dr Samuel, be faked?
RS- Hmmmmm, yes. Yes it can!
JM-No further questions your Honor.

C6 - also traits of a psychopath. That's her true diagnosis.

  • #297
this is NOT meaningful to a Jury. They want to know if he thinks she did it...

  • #298
She meets C6??? BS she is a sociopath!!!

  • #299
30% of defendants on trial for murder claim memory loss.

Ah, no s*** Sherlock. The other 69% probably claim accident or self-defense.

Then 1% are like Jodi and claim all three. :)
