Strangly, I am quoting myself. I have done a backbend over the seats on the airplane with no passengers onboard. I do stretch out. But I cannot imagine being soooo comfortable to do that while being accused of murder. I would think I would be tense and shaky and clinched. NOT thinking of HOW I can relax.

I am pretty sure that JM said "this is where you slit his throat" and she said "yes" (boo hoo'd) on the stand when shown a diagram. Again, I could be wrong, and if so, I will be corrected.

Oh, I have costocondritis. It is a scary feeling and I did think there was something wrong with me heart.

I think the mortal chest happened early on in the attack, as you say. This would have caused shock and immediate pain, but would not have immediately incapacitated him. He put up a fight in the shower and is able to push her off and run to the sink where coughs up blood. She attacks his back and he runs out into the hall but collapses from the blood loss onto all fours. This is where the ninja story has a ring of truth to it. He tells her he can't feel his legs, she comes up to him and continues stabbing him in the back. He rolls over and tries again to defend himself. The pic at 5:32 is snapped as he does this. At some point after that, she slashes his throat. She uses the gun for whatever reason. Maybe to finish him off. Maybe she figured she went to the trouble of getting it so she might as well use it anyway. IDK the logic.

I totally believe this is how it happened. The gun shot would have been too easy, and simple. She wanted him to suffer and she wanted to inflict as much pain as possible on him. She wanted him to know it was her who was killing him. She says herself, "If I did this I would have shot him first to make it as humane as possible..." Among the other things she said and the officer said, I think that is very telling. The reason she has been saying the gun came first is because she thought that is what the cops thought. She thought that is what the forensics showed so she went with that to make her story more believable. But the PT and ME called an audible and said the shot came or at least was not the first wound. Makes sense to me.

Everything you write makes total sense to me, too. Do you think as I do, that she likely controlled him with the gun while he was in the shower, or do you have a different theory?

A gun shot, as you say, would have been too easy, and simple. The time stamps on the photos practically prove she had the knife with her the whole time, a classic "up close and personal" way to make him suffer.

I also agree with you that certain elements of her Ninja story have an eerie ring of truth--such as Travis saying he couldn't feel his legs, of her describing him as being down 'on all fours' - meaning his knees and elbows - as he held in pain [she demonstrated him holding the right side of his head], corresponding to a stab wound below his right ear that cut through muscie and had to be very painful.

Prosecutor Martinez asked if she took a shower in the same shower where she'd dragged his body. She said yes. Unless she is lying about that, it would mean she took a shower right over his body. That is so creepy it gives me chills.

Not to take away from Travis or what all is going on but two little ones have been found in Mexico who disappeared here in Tucson, AZ. Scarey parents who I'm glad have been found and the little girls are safe again! Woot.

Now I think the most effective way to convince the jury with this demonstration and which would pack an even more powerful punch, than, say Gus Searcy demoing putting on ALL of his various pieces of jewelry in his tiny motor home bathroom while preparing for court (which you must admit would be a gravity defying feat all in itself and I do know this sentence is way past the "run on" definition and it's late and ask me if I care) , that you could bring in, say your mother/wife/mother in law's fine heirloom china or breakable trinkets or some kind of valuable small limoge porcelain Baloo the Bear figurine collection and place them all along those demo shelves she is so delicately able to place her feathery foot upon as she glides effortlessly toward a 10 foot ceiling that seems to be right at eye level for her (much like Alice in Wonderland in reverse, she enters a closet and it shrinks, she grows) and quickly grab a, say, gold lavalier off it and rush quickly to pin it on Gus Searcy which would probably equate the time it might take to release a safety and fire a gun, which obviously I wouldn't know as I don't know guns but dammit if I was in a fight for my life I'd sure be able to teach myself that accidental move in the blink of an eye.

Ok, to clarify. The new video I saw tonight on Showbiz Tonight was not the bodyslam video from Vinny. This was from TONIGHT where Mike ran through it starting with taking a picture then got slammed ran through the offices (to simulate the closet) grabbed the gun went back to bath and "shot" him (this is almost a minute), then runs for the knife. First I have seen of actual people running through it, not virtual people. Shows (as we know) that it is IMPOSSIBLE, just as JM states. I hope he does a video for closing argument.

This is the first I have seen it. I looked for it online and cannot find it, but it is not the one with the mannequin.

I honestly do not know how to record it from the show and put it on here. Plus I am watching it live and it only lets me rewind so far on live TV.

I believe what you saw was from After Dark: The Jodi Arias Trial. I cannot, however, find the video. Here is the transcript:

I can understand the stretching moves after sitting under such stress for so long. Wasn't Jodi alone in the room when she did the back bend thing over the chair? The head stand thing I don't comprehend.

Frankly, it would be incumbent to the investigation for Jodi to be comprehensive and alert, weaving her lies. She cannot make a false claim of exhaustion because of 'brutal' investigative tactics. Jodi was wide awake and completely aware.
