I think the only advice Baez could give Nurmi is wear a nice matching pocket hankie, and keep your finger out of your nose :furious:.

He might advise him to blame George Anthony. I mean, after all, it worked for him.

So here's an idea: I'm going to boycott HLN After Dark Monday night because of Jose Baez appearing. Let's each ask two friends to do the same. And for our friends to each ask two friends not to watch and so on and so on...Maybe they will get the message.

Imo he would have been more at a disadvantage sitting down. Try sitting down against the wall with your knees bent close to the body like his was and see how fast you can get up. I just tried it twice, and you lose valuable seconds trying to scramble up. I think that was the entire purpose of posing him like that.

I know we all see something different when we look at the next-to-last photo of Travis alive, but I see terror.

Especially when you compare his eyes like that. His eyebrows could not be scrunched down any farther without closing his eyes. Poor baby, Travis!

How do they like her headstand video

They've been reported to a consumer site as being a possible money scam site (anonymously run, appeals for donations everywhere...). They didn't like that. Not at all.

They always read here, too. I've gone there out of curiosity - there isn't a lot of common sense going on from what I can tell. I was surprised, though, to see the same username of someone both here and there - wondering if it was a duplicate or something. That was odd - but never saw it again.

Ok.. she was an aspiring photographer... could she not had a tripod?

(btw 1st time I saw the graphic pics WOW several things hit my mind at one time but I'll refrain but again WOW & EGADS)

I'm not really up on all the photos (they really, really, really bother me), but my camera has a tripod with flexible legs that is only about 8 inches high. You can put it on a table top or something like that. Obviously not much use to put on the floor.

Okay everyone. Please don't be mad at me, but can anyone give me the best site to get all of the trial testimony. I have "disneymom69" on YouTube in my bookmarks. But, I was kinda looking for something that has a list of daily testimony from Day 1 .. to Day "whatever" ....

Sorry .. I'm sure this has been posted, but I'm a little on the lazy side and don't know how to go about finding the best resource for replaying testimony.

Thank you everyone. :seeya:

The croakerqueen123 channel on youtube has all the testimony, although I'm not sure about the first 1-3 days. The first few days are definitely on a channel called eonblue (I think that's the correct channel name) on youtube.

They have a great theory on the pro-jodi site. And the top people there are onboard with it. The current prevailing theory is that poor Jodi, the DV victim, shot TA after he bodyslammed her and threatened her life. Then she ran out of the condo, with full blown PTSD. Then sometime later, the evil Mormon roomiess found his body. And so they did the Mormom blood atonement ritual of slicing his neck because he broke his vows to the church. So poor Jodi never stabbed him at all, and she has fognesia, so she doesnt even know she didn't do the overkill. :what: They are serious, by the way.

ETA: I am not sure who they think put the camera in the washer and grabbed up the evidence?

So then they let him stay there for five days and pretend to find him like that? I know you don't have the answers, but there could be someone on the jury who thinks like that.

Dissociation: Temporary drastic modification of one's personal identity or character to avoid emotional distress; separation or postponement of a feeling that normally would accompany a situation or thought.

Sure can see that in the interrogation with the headstands.

IIRC, Mormon Attorney wrote an incredibly thoughtful and enlightening post on Associative Disorder. In her post, she indicated that JA had characteristics that reminded her of the children she fights so hard for. IMO, the post was hard for her to write and one could feel the pain in her words. After reading her post, I started reading about Associative Disorder and I began to understand what she was talking about as it relates to JA. Ignored and untreated it can lead to sociopathy. As we try and wrap our heads around the ability for a person to commit such a heinous murder, we are attributing "normalcy" to JA. So is she "truly" evil, the devil incarnate, or a result of the people around her unwittingly or unknowingly indulging her behavior? I don't know. I have been struggling with this ever since I read MA's post. I do hope that the jury convicts her and she never ever sees the outside of a prison ever again. To Minor's point, I think there is another way to look at things. Respectfully, IMO.

I think when you're claiming self defense and you don't have a single person or a single piece of evidence that shows the victim is violent, you're sort of stuck putting the defendant on the stand. Once you do that, everyone wants to know what happened. The prosecution is certainly going to ask you about it. Saying you simply don't remember doesn't cut it. The defense needs to explain why you don't remember.

I'm inclined not to believe she has PTSD because she's a sociopath/psychopath and doesn't have an emotional center to be affected. But even if she does have it, her demeanor is such that we will never know. On the rare occasions when she shows emotion, it seem fake and rehearsed. When she talks about the events that caused the alleged PTSD they're no different than her discussion about what she had for lunch one day at Olive Garden. JMO

ITA about the lack of an emotional center. It it all *so* foreign to her. That is actually the only time I have observed her actually struggling; trying to emote, mimicking feelings and emotions, crying for anyone other than herself. IMO she is absolutely soulless, staring out at the humans with those big, dark, evil, cold, dead, empty shark eyes.

As a person with PTSD for many years there are so many seemingly benign types of stimuli that can take me from being a seemingly happy, normal, functioning person in an ordinary situation and turn me into a running, panic-stricken, paranoid, hyperventilating, sobbing wreck in a public place it is ridiculous, frightening and impossible to explain or understand for most people. Some of the obvious, certain colognes, just a few notes or words from certain songs or music, (even Muzak versions) news video clips of certain events or certain cities, the sound of a close helicopter, anything at all related to Pink Floyd, including anyone wearing a Tshirt or seeing an ad, guacamole, raw meat, platinum, the smell of diesel fuel, and a hundred other seemingly random things.

IMO, if she had any degree of PTSD she would be begging for some type of relief.

Just saw a clip of JM asking JA about pointing the gun - deliberately asking her (again) that she claimed she held the gun with both hands.

I think this is going to end up being key - somehow.

From the little research I've done on gun sites, the slide action to chamber the bullet can cause a pinch/cut to the hand... I've also read anyone with larger hands would have difficulty holding this type of gun with two hands and being able to aim/shoot properly. But these things are anecdotal, so - fwiw.

Also occurred to me - when she reentered the bathroom with the gun, going all the way back to the area where the scales were, why didn't she go into the toilet room - which DOES have a lock and lock herself in??

Travis wouldn't have destroyed his own door without even knowing if his camera was damaged... if she had a gun and locked herself in the toilet room (right there), he would have called police and they'd both be alive.

She wasn't trying to get away from him, as we know. That would have done it - and she'd have still been armed in case he did break character and bust his own door down.

just a thought...

Agree, and add to that being in the shower trying to stand up on a wet surface with the water running and nothing to hang onto to pull oneself up.

Also see fear, and always have.
