She "opened the door" to a lot of what we know when she testified (for however many days). For example, I believe the State can now offer that video to show that her shoulder is probably fine to rebut her testimony that she injured it when TA allegedly body slammed her.

Good point! Maybe the fognesia caused her to forget that her shoulder was injured, or else she'll say it was the uninjured shoulder that did the work.

In a similar vein, I thought her testimony where she read part of TA's text where he called her a sociopath would have opened the door to tire slashing etc. Hey if Nurmi can get in boatloads of hearsay to show her poor abused 'state of mind' and not to speak to the 'truth of the matter', why not the other way around?

Anyone else watching NG (I know, I know) I just saw a banner saying "250 NEW crime scene photos" coming out??

I saw that too...the banner at the bottom screen said "200+ new gruesome crime scene photos released"....

??????????

A woman with low self esteem do not pose naked.

Or bold face lie to a seasoned detective with wild stories, stand on their head, sing songs about memory, and giggle.

I think she actually still gets satisfaction out of this murder.

He might advise him to blame George Anthony. I mean, after all, it worked for him.

So here's an idea: I'm going to boycott HLN After Dark Monday night because of Jose Baez appearing. Let's each ask two friends to do the same. And for our friends to each ask two friends not to watch and so on and so on...Maybe they will get the message.

If CNN/HLN cared about input from CourtTV oops I mean InSession viewers, they wouldn't have killed InSession for more redneck TV nonsense. I'm not watching HLN AD because I caught part of the first episode and thought it was a waste of time. If they wanted to do something useful, they could give Beth Karas an hour to do whatever she wanted and I'd watch that - it would be more valuable than JVM or NG.

She wanted to see the crime scene photos when Det. Flores was interviewing her. She hasn't had them in her jail cell to look at for over four years, and as this entire brutal murder took less than two minutes to commit, I doubt she studied the scene itself much during or after the commission while in haste to clean up and get out of there. Therefore I believe she has more of a morbid fascination with what she did rather than the clearest of memories of actually committing the crime. The one thing that hopefully haunts her are Travis' eyes in that last photo before the first stab wound.

:(

MOO

Yes, but I think her primary goal/interest was to gather as much forensic information as possible so she could see what LE had and what/where they were focusing their attention. imv, I think it is just that simple.

I have no idea, but that's what NG said tonight at the close of her show.

OK thats weird...just because the Police were there first, and the Defense never visited the Crime scene.

Who else breached that crime scene...I mean maybe the Prosecutor had 300 photos and only put 100 in the trial, so the Defense wants to bring out the rest.

Ok so are these photos the Prosecutor is now compelling him to turn over?

Ah, so you can receive up to $300 to replace your lost salary -- looks like you have to prove that actually is your salary. But even if your salary is, say $12.50 per hour (close to $100/day) that's $1800 for all jurors per day. I'm stunned that Arizona actually pays that.

Of course. It never occurred to me that they'd be paid $300/day if that's not what their actual loss was (maybe that's naïve these days). Bottom line, though, is that they're being paid whatever their actual out of pocket is up to $300/day and I don't think they can be fired for serving jury duty. Not a bad gig considering they're not sequestered. There are plenty of peeps sitting there all day a lot of days for free!

They are focusing on the Z. roommate. Sleuthing him and his family and accusing him falsely of being a sex offender.

That's really disturbing...

I went looking for Here with Me and came across a video of a girl hiding in a closet, looking through the slats the door. This is disturbing. Is this how she did it? From a song?

Did you know in the Book of Mormon there is something written called a blood oath? It is under Sign and Penalties and has to do with keeping an oath a secret and the penalty if you don't. The penalty as written is to cut the person's throat from ear to ear, cut the person's heart out and basicly cut the rest of the organs out to spill on the ground.
Seems very coincidental. JA could have performed some kind of ritual to Travis thinking he deserved to be punished in a fashion she was made to understand in her readings of the Book of Mormon.

It's been a while since I read the Book of Mormon, but I don't remember anything like this. Citation please?

The "Travis had the knife" thing was sure a new revelation though wasn't it? Her DT must have been blindsided by that one. Now the story goes in a whole new direction.....yeah right......I'm guessing the jury isn't going to buy version (what is it?) 4.0 or 5.0 either.

Or maybe it's the case that he came at her with a knife and her fognesia has blocked that part out until now. I'd never underestimate how low she and her DT will stoop.

How could the defense possibly get crime scene photos unavailable to the prosecution?

My thoughts as well.

I don't buy the low self esteem. She was outgoing, very social, had a new boyfriend by virtue of introducing herself to the person she was interested in. She had all the signs of a confident person. Did lots of driving trips, she seemed fearless. Not a homebody afraid to go out.

She even seemed rather in control of each relationship she had.

While I respect anyone's right to defend her (any and all site) if they have a genuine belief this woman was abused emotionally and physically beaten by this man, there is nothing anyone can do to force someone to believe otherwise.
I wonder if that kind of defense of someone comes from maybe a history of abuse, so it is hard to really understand that a person can lie.. and lie bad to cover up a crime they committed

Since the PTSD Samuels talked about was AFTER the murder, and Juan will get the crime scene determination thrown out, what else will Samuels have to testify to?
Does anyone think he will really get into the spoon defense?

I checked my local court and they pay $15 a day. At my old job at a construction company, there's no way we could pay their salary if they were on jury duty, so this would be great for us. But, still, at just $100/day for 18 jurors, that's $1800/day. For a trial that goes, say, 3 months, 4 days a week, that's $86,400. That just amazes me.

Mrs. G it looks like he will have the notorious Jose B on his show come Monday.

I THOUGHT I heard late today that Jose was going to be in the court room on Monday also. Please somebody tell me I'm in a fog and it's not true. Something about him coming to show Jodi his support. The man is insane after what he did to Caylee to express his opinion on anything.
