Sad. I knew they were leaning toward innocence. Explains all their crappy questions.

"I want to acquit her, but before I can do that I need her to clear up a few things first".

Respectfully disagree.
I see no signs of that.

Just because they are taking notes asking questions doesnt mean anything apart from that they are doing their job correctly

Someone please tell the defense that loss of memory, or claims of due to the perpetration of a heinous murder upon another person, does not in any way relieve the perpetrator of having committed premeditated first degree murder. This is a freaking waste of time.

I saw a def attorney the other night and he said she does have someone instructing her on what to wear, how to do her hair, etc. Her appearance is ALL scripted to the last detail.

JMHO

When I was about 21 I was a defendent in a case - lol - a ridiculolus case where some dude said I caused a fender bender (i was found innocent lol and later he was found guilty of pulling the same crap on others) anyways, my attornyes told me to dress as close to nun like as i could. no makeup, hair as plain as i could get it. no jewelry. hardly any skin showing....and so on.

and I did! i looked like something out of little house on the prairie im sure :floorlaugh:

What's the point of this testimony? Seems to me that it's all about making the jury feel sorry for Jodi because she can't recall the events of June 4 when she brutally stabbed Travis and slit his throat. :furious:

he's only on the stand for one reason which is to explain why she can't "remember" stabbing Travis it's a gamble because he's actually damaging some aspects of their case while trying to explain away the lack of memories of the most brutal part of the attack.

Oy vey...that's easy.....don't remember the stabbing...remember the gun only...genius !

It appears that she suffers....who cares what she "appears" to suffer from. That's not a fact stupid man.

Apparently, these 2 think WE all have amnesia.

And that "fonction" thing...I seriously had no idea what the word meant, only to realize it's misspelled?

That is beyond tragic!
