HE and Nurmi convinced Jodi to "tell the truth". More like someone on her defense told her that her story is NOT going to fly and she needed to shut her mouth.

The longer this goes on the more I get excited about Martinez getting a hold of this guy. I don't feel sorry for paid heads who get in the way of justice. It will be like Gus. Juan will simply scrap him off of his shoe and the trial can proceed.

"She remembers coming out of the fog, on the road, driving, COVERED IN BLOOD. "

Right. Sure.

Man, Jodi is looking rough today. Hope she's getting some insight into what being on trial is all about.

  • #665
Maybe JA trying to "cry" cuz she knows this guy is a "Shim Sham Man" he might as well have a covered wagon peddling tonic down in Tombstone!!

  • #666
She is kidding me right?? What is this question have anything to do with this case.

She knows that JM is going to bring up his issues with complaints. Because he is a sham!

  • #667
Ohh... is JW going to confront him on his violation?

  • #668
wow, look at her--- the defense team must have worked on her acting skills over the weekend.

  • #669
So...he reads board listings and Time Magazine.

OMG, he just brought up complaints about doctors...Now Juan is going to have him on a platter with his OWN complaint!

this attorney is sooooo weak

  • #671
Is it me or does she look older/more stress today?

It's her Monday morning look.. she's had all weekend to practice her "Poor me" look..

bbm- wow... "knew" they were leaning towards innocence! That's a mighty big conclusion from one twitter comment from a reporter.

I heavily base that on the 200+ questions she was asked -- many of which seemed like questions that innocent-leaning jurors would ask. I have no faith in this jury at the moment.

His anecdotal experiences ARE NOT FACT... that's just his opinion. Show the statistics or shut up!

What the HECK is that expression on JA's face? Did she just get an injection? Is she sitting on a block of ice? So strange...

She asked the deputy for pop rocks earlier! :floorlaugh::moo:

abc15 always worked for me in the past, but now my go-to live stream is this one. Seems very 'sturdy' - consistently. Minor blips infrequently, but a refresh always cures that. Sound is less muffled too (and tweets on the right hand side of the page can be informative, hilarious - or both! :) )

Thank you! I can see her mug now. Always looks like she's trying to pinch one off. Sorry,....

I'm watching a little behind since I got home late from work.

I just heard Dr. Samuels speaking about dissociative amnesia and I noticed this last week as well, he keeps saying something to the effect that "If the memories were never formed, they can't be retrieved because they don't exist."

Okay, I've heard the killer testify several times, and I'm paraphrasing, that "some things have come back over time, but not everything".

So which is it? I know she's lying about everything, so this whole point is moot, but don't they realize she's already contradicted what their "expert" is now saying? Did I miss something?

SIDEBAR...yet another shot!

Wilmot . . when she talksto you on different occasions are her memories consistent?
yes
ultimately lead youto conclusion to the amnesia she might have
it appears she may have disassociative amnesia. . .

most of the times recovered memory is described as foggy & hazy
(JA mouths Thank You IMO)

sometime bit and pieces of memory canbe retrieved . . . . he hasdone work with LEO in recovery of memory - it is rarely prodctive

memory never stored intothe grey matter - never encoded - once it is gone - it is gone

thoughts of intrusive thoughts come into the actors . . . . understudy's train of thught . .. . beginning of traumatic event . . . she reported being chased, threatening her life, at the end she began to become reconnected to her environment . . . . . bloody in the desert intrusive memories you can't really control them - they justpop up

Your education work and profession - re: psychology, and medical doctors - can complaints be made? yes . . . . in fieldof psychology complaints tend tocluster around custody cases . . .. . I know that happened to me . . ... I read the board of psychology - board actions against certain people - more often than ina different area -commonly discussed among different areas - custody evaluations

object - lack of foundation
approach please
