I'm glad you asked about the toblerone! I didn't know what they were saying about it till you asked.

Eh, feel free to always ask.! :seeya:

Getting myself to bed early tonight....too much excitement today.

And one more thing before I sign off....That lady with the really big ta-tas that sits at the table directly behind the defense table irritates me. She's always yucking it up like she's at sorority party with her new BFF. For a death penalty trial she sure is having a good time.

Until today.

I re-played the cross examination several times to watch the reactions of other people (besides the Doc & Mr Martinez). You can definitely see her in the background. She was sitting very still with her eyes on Martinez. It looked like she was having a come to Jesus moment.
MOO

Goodnight.

LOL ......she did look rather serious ( finally) at the end of the day.....haha

I wonder who will have the daunting task of playing him in the Lifetime movie?

A younger Dustin Hoffman would have been perfect, if he took a pay cut.

Who cares? I want the creative control over who plays ME. The devastatingly gorgeous, smart, personable, comedic, etc... unknown poster. I demand a love interest of my choice, too, with unlimited expense account in 4 star hotels, limo service and wardrobe before, during and after filming. Plus accommodations for the entourage when I accept my Emmy.

Too diva?

:floorlaugh:

I woke up today feeling so excited! Ahhh JM. ;)

What an unforgettable, mind-blowing cross we had yesterday. This bogus expert deserved all the humiliation he got and more. I mean really Gus Senior, you think you can support the woman who butchered Travis, insult true victims everywhere, have an attitude problem with JM and think you can come out on top? No way! You can't win against the forces of light and truth, didn't ya know?

There is no way that anyone who is supporting Arias will be spared of their due 'karma'. What goes up must come down.

This show is taped out of Los Angeles, right? More like they are out of work actors who were paid $50 bucks to dissent. It's fake, fake, fake.

If you didn't have people to say that, there's no controversy. You can't have 100% across the board says she's a guilty, lying sociopath- which anyone with half a brain knows.

I lived there for years- nothing is real. It's a town peppered with duplicity and eating disorders with everything designed to separate you from your $$$$ or your undies.

I thought it was taped out of CNN/Atlanta?

I just want Jodi to come clean, admit what she did. Give all the gory details. The Family and all who love Travis will find it hard, but it's necessary to move forward. There will never be 'closure'.

Absolutely no attempt has been made to paint him as a saint. Travis was a human being who loved and was loved. It's touching to see his siblings in force everyday to support their beloved Brother. I can feel the support, adoration and unequivocal bond for one another.

He had a duty to warn if he thought she was suicidal.

Ohh Gawd... She's ALWAYS going to kill herself. It's part of her "verbage". But not with that Bic razor though, cause that "NIC" STUNG like the devil.

I nominate Al Pacino.:rocker: (But I doubt he would do TV.)

Speaking of Al Pacino, he lives in the (small) NY County that I live in. My neighbor is a dog groomer and she takes care of his Dog(s). So, I guess I am like 1 degree of separation from knowing him! :what: LOL!

Yuck, they are so gross. I can't figure out why they are so happy - they seem like they think everything is going just fine!

And I hate the way JW waves goodbye to JA. It's like they are leaving Starbucks (after getting strawberry fraps!), not like they are at a trial where her actual life is on the line.

AudreyParker, are you named after the character on the TV show "Haven"??

The point was made several times the psychological tests administered to Jodi could not be faked. Well, Jodi DID fake them to achieve the result SHE wanted.

This Dr might be good at what he does, but he's not anything above the average of many thousands of others just like him with the same or better credentials. That means, each and every day those tests are administered numerous times and taken at face value when the testee is giving the result they want.

They focused on how Jodi felt AFTER the murder. Who really ******ing cares? She stabbed, hacked and shot an innocent showering man just because he didn't want her to be a part of his life anymore. If Jodi is released, I have absolutely no doubt she will kill again. If for no other reason just to prove she can since she got away with it this time.

This trial is a learning curve for a thrill killer. Jodi is dangerous.

Thats who I picked. Eva Longoria for Jodi. Speaking of Jodi. When she describe 2 intuders, it sounded like a scene out of Panic. Starring Jodi Foster.

No unringing this bell. Can't stress enough how important it is Jodi gets a strong defense. Willmott and Nurmi are doing the best they can with the FACTS of this case and a client who won't STFU because she believes herself the smartest person in the room.

They had to put somebody to testify in this capacity. This guy didn't do the smart thing and say "No". How many others did the DT approach before this guy agreed? His ego and greed won.
