The name makes me sound so exotic, but I'm a very common Brit :)

Best time we had last year on vacation was in London! Sooo much fun, and the weather was actually sunny!

Will there ever be sidebar transcripts?

Jodester not looking happy today..Boo hoo!

  • #445
And there goes Wilmott with a speaking objection, after she herself asked that they not be allowed. LOL

The killer looks old.

Someone here recommended the mediation specialist to wear a long necklace with a low-cut blouse, and she is, today. They really do read our stuff!

  • #448
Would it surprise you that she's a liar?

  • #449
I can't even begin to understand why her sexual history is anywhere near relevant to a PTSD diagnosis without a history of sexual abuse or sexual assault.

Part of her manipulation of HIM and he took the bait.

No confirmation that Jodi was lying? And breasts on magazine are illegal?

  • #451
For a professional mental health doctor who should be impartial, he sure is highly protective of Jodi! This doesn't help her case at all. Let's not forget his gift of a book he bought online for her too.

Looks like the defense had themselves a little chat with Samuels. Well I think JM is going to give him a come to Jesus moment.

  • #453
Ms Willmott doesn't like it when Juan calls JA a liar :floorlaugh:

  • #454
I'm thinking the only thing Mr. Samuel's could do to redeem himself at this point is to simply throw his hands in the air and say to the court "many errors were made early on, I now see that I was a victim of JA as well, she conned me too and in my professional opinion JA is guilty."

  • #455
With all these approaches to the Judge, it's surprising that KN isn't more fit :D

  • #456
OH< he's NT going to say they were removed, is he??????????

  • #457
  • #458
lies, lies, and more lies, all irrelevant in his opinion.

  • #459
What is the role of the mitigation specialist anyway?

I believe she's around so when JA is found guilty during the penalty phase she helps to make the case that the lesser penalty is more appropriate. No death penalty. Leniency, lightest sentence possible.

What is a 'speaking objection', mayqueen?
