Good morning!!
What did I miss yesterday? Has Juan started cross examining the dr yet?

When you have a chance go up to the timeline and check out yesterdays YouTube for the end of the third and the last segment with Juan.

Wow. That is just who she is.

I love that this image has been blasted all over the streets of phoenix over the last week. Who's "attractive" now Jodi?

PS the headline "PSYCHO KILLER". Snap!

IIRC, Samuels yellow pad sheet showed Jodi answered "no" to whether she'd been sexually abused before she was 18 by someone 5+ yrs. older than she. She'll have a problem if she claims sexual abuse as a child as a mitigating factor.
You are right - that form is going to come back to bite her. Couldn't happen to a nicer person.. lol

My favorite part I think was when the Doc said, "Are you saying I cheated on the test?" Juan says, "I'm just asking you some questions..." Translation: "Hey, buddy, you're saying it, not me!" His response was perfect!

Sounds like my 12 year old! When he comes home from school, he asks if they have decided for her to die yet. Every day he asks.

Definitely a good opportunity for a very valuable life lesson for the young kids whose parents are following this trial.

In fact, it was only last week where I sat my 10 year old daughter down and told her...

Honey, if you grow up and do not shoot and butcher/slaughter any of your ex-boyfriends, go on to lie through your teeth about it and end up represented by below-average defense attorneys, you won't have to worry about being put to death after a jury of your peers convicts the hell out of you.

Morning all.

IMO I don't think Samuels sent Jodi cards and a gift because he was smitten with her, I think it was just about the monies. she needed to make it to trail for him to get his check.

I also think his unprepared act yesterday was intentional, I think he left items "on his desk" because he did not want them in that courtroom for some reason.

All moo

And I bet he doesn't bring that material with him today, especially if he wasn't specifically asked to do so. He is sort of, "Jodi-like"!

I don't feel the least bit sorry for Samuels.
He should have his license revoked.
His job is to evaluate CRIMINALS.
And his mind is not open to the fact that criminals LIE and MALINGER?
And he gets at least $275/hr (this is how much our custody evaluator is getting)?

He's not some random person who got scammed by a slick talker.

How many times does someone have to prove they are unethical before people accept that they are unethical?

I think he reminds a lot of people of their granddad, or of someone's granddad, and they don't have it in them to hate him. Not me though.

I don't hate him. :seeya:

Red tie? Could it be THE red tie from the kind-hearted, anonymous giver?

That exchange surprised me. It was no small thing Juan was suggesting, I can't imagine a bigger ethical breech. I expected Samuels to be indignant. Instead he was even more cowed.

I read on the last thread she was only allowed to use small pencils...anyone know why??? a weapon???

Pretty sure no one wants he handling a regular sized pencil. I could easily see her making a run at JM's neck with it.
